absolutely love my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 6

its used as a in town commuter and costs me $3.77 every other day to charge at home. it takes about 2 hours to charge. its sporty with quick acceleration. I love the sport to eco modes depending upon my mood and the id ten t's out there I need to pass or get around in pockets of traffic. I usually hover in the HOV lane but that's ending soon so the sport mode zipping thru traffic is a must. The interior lighting is at my current mood changing the colors at will, green and blue for normal with red white when I'm fighting traffic. The stereo system is enough to play Neal Diamond to meatloaf and ozzy switching the sirus radio with a quick toggle on the steering wheel. when Iam exhausted after work the lane departure and progressive cruise control helps get me home quickly and without issues when I don't feel like challenging the traffic end note I love it and even bought another 2024 model for the wife as I wouldn't let her drive mine.

Most delightful car I've ever owned

I've had a lot of nice cars over several decades. Some were better in one category or another, but none have given me the same level of overall satisfaction. The performance is awesome. It drives and rides extremely well. And I love the fact that it has such a unique, yet sophisticated appearance. I'm proud to be seen driving it.

Ioniq 6 SEL AWD

A proper electric sedan that can replace a gas sedan. Performance is stellar, with very punchy acceleration, while the car stays planted even going around hard corners. Fast charging lets this car be a great EV road tripper and a great daily driver. The car is quiet and relatively comfortable as a driver, but rear seating could be better for taller people. You can expect a full charge with all highway driving going 70mph to give you a comfortable 250 miles. While driving under 50mph can get you close to 340 miles. Highly recommend a used Ioniq 6.

Ioniq 6 se not recommended

Purchased 2023 new. Dealer charged me insane amount. Plz hyundai investigate the pricing i paid for the car. It was too much. To be honest ai could have gotten better cars with that amount.

Life changing

Owned for 4 months. Driving this car, I’ve realized how antiquated ice cars are. Humans relied on the horse for centuries, but between 1910-30 the horse became antiquated. Ice took over completely. We are now in the next transition.Got this vehicle coming off a 2 year lease. It is a great car. QUIET, effortlessly powerful, firmly planted road feel, the list goes on and on. Awesome range. Heat pump, two way charging, battery pre conditioner, insanely efficient.

Fast, dependable, luxurious and it grabs everyone’s attention

Economical, dependable and only had to purchase tires. Everyone loves the look. I get compliments daily. The car drives like a dream, almost drives itself. The car makes me feel safe and hugs the road like no other.

Drives well, but not worth what I paid

Overall, it's a smooth riding car. Not the quietest EV, but certainly better than a Tesla. Prices dropped significantly after the first year, and this model doesn't have wireless CarPlay.

Ioniq 6 Great Car

Car is fun to drive and on a full charge, Spring & Fall, I can go almost 400 miles on a single charge. I have to say, I'm an economical driver so most will probably not get my range, but it is better than the promised 361-mile range. It has required no maintenance except a tire rotation. There are a few annoying quirks, such as it doesn't retain the i-pedal setting, which give maximum range, but defaults one step lower. It also would be nice to retain the infotainment settings after the initial startup. Charing has not been an issue, either public (2 years was included) or home charging. I only gave it an 8 on features, as I couldn't get it the way I wanted. I had to settle for what was available and I went 2 hours from my home for this car.

Nice ride but battery life is shaky

The Ionic 6 rides. Great and handles great with a nice quiet ride. The car has a great look and feel. The interior very comfortable and roomy. After almost 3 years, the battery life is starting to wear down slightly. Other than that, I think the vehicle has been awesome.

Don't buy the first model of a new car

Except for thew six weeks when the car was in the shop and Hyundai was trying to figure out what was wrong to fix the problems, I do like the car.

Beautiful EV and comfy ride

IONIQ 6 is a very attractive vehicle. Loved it. It was great with 2 year free charging package. Helped me ease into transitioning into owning an EV. Hyundai has a great maintenance package. So, overall cost of ownership so far, is excellent comparing to other vehicles. It does have a bit here & there recall, and minor stuff, but service would take care of it right away, and because it's not caused by owner, it's all under warranty.
