Review at 30K miles

Vehicle is reliable and efficient. Autosteer and adaptive cruise control are great. Infotainment is fine, onboard nav is intuitive. A few extra bleeps and button presses are annoying, and the appearance is a little "fashion forward" but overall the car is outstanding value for the cost. I traded "up" from my Model 3 and have never looked back.

Great car

I am a salesman for Hyundai and have owned a bunch of cars and hear a lot of feedback. I want to give some suggestions about a few other cars and have not known where I could give any advise. The Ioniq 6 was great and have no objections at all. Great car. The small advice that I can give, first would be to the Santa Fe. The back needs to be redesigned!! Ideally to look similar to the back of the Palisade. We have so many people sat they love the Santa Fe EXCEPT for the back, because it looks like the back of a school bus. Tilt the back glass in a little bit and raise up the brake lights and you would double your sales. People are having a hard time liking it for that reason alone. Next is on the Elantras. You need to get rid of that handle in between the front seats. I've heard a lot of people say they don't like it. And the last thing that would help, is to add a turbo to the Tucsons. is there a way to replace the 2.5L and give it the 1.6L turbo with a 6 speed automatic transmission standard? No dual clutch, just a normal, automatic one would be amazing. Those are the 3 biggest things I can suggest as someone who's worked here for 13+ years. Thank you for your time

Price point indicative of luxury; however, failure by Hyundai to address known inadequacies leaves bitter pill to swallow, as well, seems next purchase will not be with H.

My wife wife and I love this car.

A fun car to drive. Love its ability to accelerate and its responsiveness in traffic. Interior is neatly and ergonomically laid out. Glad I bought it instead of tthe Musk offerings.

Truly excellent car, great range, great power, very stylish!

I've been very happy with my Ioniq 6! I got the model year 2023 and the performance is excellent, the range between charges is really great for the size of the battery (300-400 miles), and the charging speed is unparalleled. The interior is nice and roomy and it makes a great road trip car as long as you live in/travel to an area with good public charging infrastructure. My only real complaints are that the pain job seems to be substandard: I've had this car for just over two years and it's developed multiple holes in the paint on side panels and dozens of small pinhole spots in the clear coat on the rear plastics. I'm planning to have this addressed with a second dealer (the first one gave me the run around). Other than that, I would like to have more of the comfort controls be physical buttons: it can be difficult to navigate menus while driving.

The charging was great. the route planning was bad. It's an EV so it shouldn't have a on/off button. It should auto lock itself. material quality was adequate.

Good car not completely reliable

I have long drive of about 210 each way between work and home, the car generally does great, I am having issues with the 12v system that has left me stranded at the road side which really isn't acceptable for a 2 year old car.

Well-Built EV!
