Still going strong!

I’m still happy with vehicle 18,000 miles and 20 months after purchasing new! I’ve had a few issues with the Hyundai app and connectivity, and with a battery issue & a porter at my servicing dealership they sent to “repair” my vehicle and then it ended up needing a ton of work for 3 weeks, but I was given a loaner and all was made right. My vehicle handles well in the harsh Midwest winters, no major issues with anything inside my car, wish gas mileage was better because I have a 55 mile round trip commute! I have to fill up more than I used to in my Tucson. I only wish it had a better center console to store things cause it’s hard to reach below the very small center console cause it doesn’t lift up all the way to reveal the container storage below. But all the bells and whistles on the limited are nice! We have two 2024 Hyundai Kona’s - one limited and one N-Line! Have had a lot of Hyundais - previously 2 Tucson’s and before that a Pallisade and another Tucson!

Opening Hatch

I LOVE my Kona with only one exception and that is why I gave it 4 stars. I realize that it is a safety issue but I do not like not having a way to open the back hatch from inside the car and/or the key fob. You have to actually park the car - cannot open it unless the car is in park, and the driver door has to be closed.

Too much stuff

It has a lot of stuff that I wish I could shut off. Alarms that are very distracting, or really don't need ( time to take a break). I want to DRIVE my car, I don't want it to drive me. If I wanted that I'd hire a chauffeur.

Love the car, sight lines much improved, compared to,22 model with imp

My main interest is driving from A to B, not distractions that may cause me to have an unfortunate incident. I drive in silence, I 95 is nowhere to be looking away from traffic, to each their own, often times I don’t even take my phone.

Love but with some Concerns

Growling noise when accellerating Dash coating has moisture all around edge making it unsightly and hard to concentrate when driving Back bumper has scratched areas/missing paint from no contact with anything. Cannot be repaired/painted so unsightly. The car is six months old and should not be having cosmetic issues as of yet when taken great care of.

Dash and Entry

The dash is hard to see in daylight. Need to be able to turn the brightness up. The driver's entry is difficult. I am continually banging my head. And I am only 5'6''

Very fine smaller SUV with a 1.8L turbo gasoline engine

Bought two Kona Limited autos Nov. 2023. (Since I live 65 miles from my friend, we each needed a car) . One complaint wishing the passenger seat was electric adjust. The learning curve for the nav system required going online multiple times due to complexity. I still do not know many features.
