Eh

My experience purchasing this car was horrible. From sales to service I've had nothing but issues. I bought the fancy extended warranty then they gave me a hard time about a warranty issue that was proven that I did nothing to the car however the headache was not needed. They're weird issues with the Bluetooth working inconsistently and the shifting is horrible It seems as if there's something wrong with the transmission even though I have under 20,000 miles on the car

Great upgrade

I upgraded from a 2005 Chevy 2500HD to the 2024 Hyundai Kona and it was a great decision. The gas mileage is fantastic, the neotronic yellow is amazing and so many technological advances. The only things I would change are 1) increase the options for intermittent wipers and 2) have it autolock as you walk away with the fob in your pocket. The comfort in the 2024 Kona and 2025 Santa Cruz is fantastic and ok for the passengers. I would like to see more customizable seating for passengers in the future.

What a great car, perfect size, and so fun to drive! My Standard Poodle Lucca sits in the front passenger seat and looks like she owns the world. My friends all comment on the car and the dog!

Good and bad

Overall, it is a nice vehicle but has what I think is problems. First, I think the display is wrong. Second is how to shift the trans, park, reverse, forward is just bad. Using everything or should say trying to, is just not user friendly.

I love it, but the rear door doesn’t have a button to open or close it, I’m very short & I have to reach up high and have now messed up my right arm and shoulder in the process of doing it for over a year. So lesson learned!”
