2024 Kona Service

The service was very good. They installed the replacement parts as soon as they were delivered and called me for pickup. The only issue was that whoever was inside the car left dirt/stains on both front seats and driver's side headrest. I have been told to return the vehicle for stain removal.

The Hyundai Kona is a great sub compact to drive!

Overall, I haven't had any issues with my Kona. If anything (and it was my choice), I do wish that I had chose the turbocharger option as sometimes it can be a bit slugish. That being said, I love the 34.5 MPG that I get on trips!

Nearly Perfect Small SUV

An absolutely amazing value for the amount of tech features and build quality. Handles great and is a lot of fun to drive daily for work as well as on long road trips. The exterior design and light bar has gotten tons of positive attention from friends and coworkers

Excellent, Fun Vehicle

This is an economical and comfortable vehicle and very well designed. The seats are nice but could be a bit more configurable and the material covering them is okay but not the best. I would like to see a bit better lumbar support. The controls are nicely designed and easy to reach and view.

Eh

My experience purchasing this car was horrible. From sales to service I've had nothing but issues. I bought the fancy extended warranty then they gave me a hard time about a warranty issue that was proven that I did nothing to the car however the headache was not needed. They're weird issues with the Bluetooth working inconsistently and the shifting is horrible It seems as if there's something wrong with the transmission even though I have under 20,000 miles on the car
