Brand new car but have the same issue for so many time

This is a good vehicle, except for the battery, which dies and the service for this was the worst ever. They would not replace the bad battery because according to them, they are all bad. So while being very rude, they let my car sit in the parking lot running , to charge the bad battery, while I sat in the waiting room for hours.

Lovely vehicle but battery is a serious problem!

In below comments I stated what was good and not so good, I think it would be a terrific vehicle if battery often going low was not such a serious problem. Therefore I must call it unreliable.One gets lots of terrific features in a Hyundai which one gets in more expensive brands.Battery issue is a very serious, troubling problem!

Great commuter car

It's honestly the best vehicle I've owned to date. Drive is smooth, infotainment system is great, handling is where I want it, acceleration from stationary could use some work, features are too many to know if even after a year of driving. The computer system is a little wonky at times, but that's expected. Overall great buy.
