2024 Hyundai Kona Limited

The newer transmission of the 2024 Kona is noisier than the 2022 Kona and doesn't seem to have the pep when switched to Sport mode. The parking break does not always disengage when switching from Park to Drive. Have to switch to Reverse then Drive before it disengages. The Cargo cover doesn't seem to be secured enough since it flops around while driving causing a loud thumping noise. I keep getting messages about external device charging even though there are no external devices. I preferred the smaller size of the 2022 Kona since I'm am short. The driver seat seems deeper which cuts into the back of my legs. The automatic headlights come on for every little shadow on a bright sunny day, So they go on and off constantly so have shut that feature off.

Vehicle was ok butHyundai told me to bring car in because of a recall.

Vehicle then went into Lemon Law Status and everything went downhill.. very poor customer service and I paid dearly for Hyundai’s incompetence. A very expensive lesson!
