Cheap interior, hard to keep clean

I am very dissatisfied with this Kona the interior stains easy even though we paid extra for scotch guard. Car is not very comfortable to drive. The gauges are ugly and will not change style. Front hood has some rock chips that are already resting. Everything about this car is just cheap to me I will never buy another Kona. I think the price is too high for what you get. I would’ve been better off getting a CRV.

Major failure at 6,000 miles, had to be towed to dealer

See above for major failure at 6000 miles. Emergency key access ridiculous, would be very difficult to get into vehicle if fob died, no shift lock release with shift by wire…….service mgr and tech had to drive 20 miles to my house to figure out how to get into neutral for tow after complete major module failure….screen completely blank, unable to shift, tech did it from underneath vehicle
