Not worth the hype

Some of the electronic devices come on and there’s no reason for it. The middle console is wasteful. The drink holder is too narrow and the middle cubby holds hardly anything.seats are not wide enough for a big woman. Would love to trade it in if I could for a Tucson.

Great Little SUV that's Fun to Drive

Nice handling, acceleration, and easy to use tech features. Has lots of bells and whistles but missing driver seat memory and electric passenger seat adjustments.

TOO MUCH TECHNOLOGY

Trying to operate and understand our Kona has become an endless series of referring to the Manual—usually without success. Even trying to interpret dashboard symbols is a frustrating, and usually unsuccessful, torment.

Kona Review

It's a nice car but it's a downgrade from a luxury car so it's difficult to gauge. My only issues is that the back hatch doesn't close all the way and you have to slam it every single time or the rear camera will stay engaged. And the car just doesn't have enough power for me.

Satisfaction summary

Not sure if this is supposed to occur but when I turn on the front windshield wiper, the rear window wiper is activated as well even with the rear wiper switch in the off position. Also, the rear tires seem small for the vehicle. I can see all the parts in the wheel well. Lots is space between top of tire and chariot the car.
