Great car but safety features take control too early

I love my 2026 Hyundai Kona. It drives well. There are many safety features but I have had to disable some of them. Often after making a turn, one of the safety features activates and I am unable to accelerate. Other times it thinks I am moving out of my lane and vibrates and tries to steer me back but I am usually trying to avoid hitting something, so I have disabled this. With some of the safety features off, the car functions extremely well and makes me happy.

Nicest compact SUV I’ve ever owned

Car rides very nice, the acceleration is more than you would need, but can always allow you to easily pass when required. The tech center and the capabilities of it is equal to or better than you would find in much higher and expensive cars. Overall comfort noise level and tech gear is better than most other cars in this class.
