a lot of things don't work and I've taken to dealer 3 times and they can't fix the issues. Some are dangerous like cruise control speeding up or slowing down on its own with no cars in front of it and I get error codes whenever I put the turn wignal on, and the lane departure doesn't work. disingaging or dece

Love my Palisade…but

I love my Palisade, but there is room for improvement. If this is the “flagship” of Hyundai, then why does it not have all the equipment options that the next level (Sante Fe)automobile has. This “flagship” should have power folding mirrors, it should have turning lamps, it should have an option for higher profile tires. Don’t get me wrong, I love my palisade, but if it’s the “flagship” then you should treat it like one..

Middle of the Road

Nothing great, nothing awful. Lots of weird bugs like rolling the windows down and they won't go back up unless you turn the car off and back on. Strange squeaks and squawks that come and go. Paint is prone to light scratching, even when using appropriate terrycloth. Drives fine, transmission in normal driving mode is insanely slow to downshift resulting in clunky shifts when going from slowing down to speeding back up. Aggressively shifts to the highest gear possible. Other drive modes are fine/better in terms of driving, but you have to actively select them literally every time you get in the vehicle. Auto start/stop feature does nothing, but reduce your engines lifespan - always turn it off. Fuel economy will be worst in class 17-22mpg depending on the driving you do. Also, brakes have issues when going over bumps at low speeds that can cause the antilock brakes to go haywire - no fix available, but doesn't affect all vehicles apparently. Overall, you buy this if you need a 3 row budget vehicle. Never pay at or above sticker. it gets the job done, but after a few months you may wish you purchased something else.

Great value. But with problems

It’s an excellent car and very good value, but we’ve had some quality issues. Some of the windows will intermittently refuse to open. The air conditioning did not properly cool only a month after purchase. The USB connection for CarPlay disconnects if you remotely touch the cable… But if you can live with those things, the car drives well looks nice and feels great. I got a deal and paid under 50 K for the top trim level. It’s comparable to my in-laws Lexus that they paid nearly $100,000 for. We’ve been able to figure out all of the little issues, but that was time and effort. On the other side, the dealership experience is night and day. Our dealer forced us to buy a paint protection package that was very difficult to actually use. We were supposed to have a ceramic coat and all the paint imperfections warranty for the first year. However, when we tried to actually schedule the paint correction the person was not present, it needed to be done at a different location, it needed to be walk-in, it needed to be scheduled. And ultimately we gave up.

Sum total...a great auto!

Some issues with the computer updates! Updates have caused my presets to disappear. Setting driving mode should not change after selection Nav map announces road names instead of interstate or state routes. Confusing... Camera on drivers display screen for turn signals isn't useful. Initially I thought it was a good idea. But looking down at the camera is unsafe

Great SUV!!!

Very high quality vehicle. Well built, Comfortable seating and ride, excellent interior, lots of outstanding safety features, excellent handling, very reliable, and good-looking exterior design. Engine provides sufficient power but gas mileage is mediocre. My wife and I are very happy with our Palisade Limited.

Great Vehicle for a Great Price

Overall the wife and I love this vehicle. While it's just us running around in it, there are times when we have 3 or 4 other adults with us and the Palisade hauls everyone in comfort.
