Perfect vehicle except auto start and stop system

Love the car. Great features. The auto start/stop feature is a hassle and we believe it is hurting the life of the starter on the vehicle . We love the roomy backseat and heated seats. Have had compliments on the comfort of captain's chairs for our passengers.

Great Ride!

This is my first Hyundai and I wasn't sure how I would like it. It is very roomy, smooth ride, great on gas, lots of bells and whistles! Overall, it has been a great joy driving this car and we have taken it on two trips and it has been a great vehicle.

Great Vehicle!

We test drove several vehicles before deciding on the Palisade, for amenities lots of space and comfortable driving , warranty also was a big consideration with some much technology in newer vehicles.

Not all it's cracked up to be

I leased a 2024 Palasade SEL and it's got a few warts. First, for long distance driving the driver seat is awful. I can feel each spring under the padding at only 24,000 miles. Second, sales promoted a leather wrapped steering wheel as an interior feature, as did the sales lit. Its actually some sort of artificial leather made from plastic. It's worn thru in a couple of spots already and the fiber backing is showing thru. Next, the rear camera is mounted too close to the edge of the recess on the tailgate. It's constantly getting dirty, obstructing the view. The turn signal sound it annoying with loud tic tok sound. The auto start stop is not federally mandated, as sales implied and cannot be turned off be default. but must be turned off with each start up, Lastly the paint is very thin. Traveling on the Interstate during the summer means bugs, but many actually chip thru the paint on the front of the vehicle. On my black vehicle, it now looks like it has silver measles. Good thing it's a lease.

My Hyundai

The palisade is nice. There are a lot of recalls to say it was brand new off the lot. I spent the first 3 months from purchase date in and out of the dealership due to defects with the vehicle. Such as the stern wheel column, muffler, and a speaker in my passenger door having to be replaced and the speaker was replaced twice.

Beware!!! MANY issues, constant recalls and awful customer service.

My first brand new vehicle and has been nothing but awful issues. Tried for lemon law but always a new issue. Stay CLEAR from Hyundai!!!

Difficult to unlock doors in rain-need button not sensors. Eliminate sun roofs-high failure rate. Manufacturer knows there is a high failure rate in sun roofs and does not correct it-NO EXCUSE-POOR DESIGN

I love my Palisade

If I could give it a 4.5 I would but I couldn’t so I gave it a 5. I love it but I do wish it didn’t have so many beeps and alarms. That’s the main complaint I have so far. Unnecessary beeping!
