High expectations ... and they've been met!

Bought the Palisade as an upgrade in comfort and cargo space from our previous vehicle. It's been great in both of those areas, and the extra sensors for cruising and parking have been a significant improvement over our previous (and older) vehicle. I don't like the tires, but if this thing had Michelins, I'd call it perfect!

Best suv today

I was sceptical about the brand because of all the news stories about Hyundai and Kia engine problems. But after a test drive and much research online about the engine issues, I decided to give it a try. Glad I did! I have about 20k miles on my '24 Palisade, and it has performed flawlessly. Car is quiet, comfortable, and has the best interior design of any other car I tried, (Gmc, Ford Explorer, Highlander, Tahoe). I change oil at the dealer every 5k mi. and it uses not a drop between changes. The features and build quality are excellent. Every one who has ridden in it comments on what a nice car it is, and they are always impressed with the quality of it. Hyundai has come a long way in producing a very desirable vehicle for the U. S. market. As you can see, I am very impressed. Kudos to the Hyundai team.

Bad suspension

We love almost everything about our Palisade but we’ve had issues with the suspension or some kind of knocking noise issue that Hyundai said was the suspension. The worst part is how long it’s taking for the parts to come in so we can get this problem resolved

Good 3 Row SUV

Good options for the price but has it setbacks. Adding apple and android auto play through wireless means by 2024 would have been nice. Having the luxury of folding mirrors would have been nice. Having a better infotainment system that is user friendly would have been nice. Otherwise, solid choice for those not wanting to spend an additional $30k for another brand that has the exact same features.

Good mileage. Easy to drive low maintenance

Overall very comfortable ride. Easy to drive for a family. Also mileage wise average about 22 and above on City driving and occasionally long distance travel low maintenance. The service center around Central Texas is good. No problems at all. The only thing I will complain is that the engine sound when start of the car in the morning is a bit loud after a few months and noise inside the car when driving on highway could be improved. Oh so that's too few cup holders that should be a bit more. And also the cup holders are not deep enough especially for the back row seat as well as the middle row seat. And it's just hard to kind of get a 16 oz or a large size ring value meal from McDonald's. It also feel more powerful when driving compared to a Honda pilot
