Unreliable full option car

The car has tons of options which makes it really tempting to buy but it is unreliable. My car has been in dealership for about 2 months over last year for multiple major issues, windshield wiper malfunctioning during rain, engine light on multiple times and not having power and the car is not really quiet. You hear the wind noise in freeways.

Too many gadgets, but love the car

I love the SUV, but there are so many gadgets to figure out. I don't hardly use the informat as I am not a techy person and am afraid of messing something up. The manual used to show pictures to help guide you with the instructions, but now you have to guess which part of the format you want.

A little disappointed

This is our third Palisades and we are disappointed in a couple of areas. From the beginning we had some weird issues. The first was the brake lights were stuck on. They determined it was the switch. The part wasn’t available right away so I was instructed to disconnect the battery overnight. When I reconnected the battery the brake lights have been working correctly. That was over a year ago. There have been several electrical issues including the cameras in the turn signals stop work or the entertainment system stops working. None could be recreated at the dealership. Now the black paint on the grill is peeling off. The dealer checked and said it’s from rocks. I don’t believe that. This has never happened before in 6 years of owning a Palisades.

Although I am very pleased with our Hyundai Palisade the auto on/off feature is annoying and the front controls for the rear A/C are too confusing to use while driving.

Tires are terrible!

I've had these tires rotated twice, first time at a little over 5,000 miles they were moved front to back, they had signs of feathered intside edges at that time. The second time they were all reversed with the the highest part of the feathering facing the front of the car, now they sound like big lugged 4x4 tires. For the price of the vehicle this should not have happened, I'm at 13,700 miles and they are not getting any better. Something needs to happen to fix this problem as I'm slowly changing my opinion of the 2025 Palisade.

Needs improvement

Exterior and interior look cheap. The doors slam on you and hurt your legs when you open them. I do like that the interior is wide and spacious. Needs more lights inside. The cup holders and push buttons for drive and reverse are terrible. My doors never unlock when they are supposed to. I’ve taken it in 3 times to get that “fixed” with no luck

Bad quality, no support from brand to solve issues on timely manner

Overall I’m really disappointed, with not even 25k mils on the suspension and started to notice a clunk noise on the rear suspension, it’s been 3 months since I went to the dealer and the parts still have not arrived, front grill black chrome paint it’s completely peeling off, when humid takes fire ever to remove condensation from the glass. Battery will drain after 4 days of not turning off the car, transmission makes noise when slowing down, dealer hasn’t been able to replicate the problem consistently. I had 2 Hyundai’s before, no issues, because of this bought a Kona for my mom, and the Palisade for me, but we are going to change them very soon. That’s how disappointed we are.
