Great SUV

Overall, the car is amazing! I love all the features and the comfort and convenience of this vehicle. There are some issues that the dealership won’t deal with and that does sour the experience some but that is a dealership issue.

Not satisfied at all with the 2025 Palisade

From the beginning up until now, I’ve had several issues with the vehicle. I’m not impressed by it and do not believe I have received the service needed to meet my expectations. I don’t feel safe in the vehicle. The customer service where the vehicle was purchased has not been great at all. No one returns calls, I have called several times to express the issues but only one person returned the call and said he would follow up (he hasn’t). I would definitely choose a different vehicle if possible.

Great features and size, terrible safety

We love all the tech features and bang for your buck, unfortunately, this was bought as a family vehicle and within 1 year we have 3 safety recalls that are serious concerns for children (seat belts, roll over, etc). When spending 50k on a vehicle I expect much more and faster remedies to recalls.
