Most awesome vehicle we have ever bought!

This is one of the most comfortable vehicles we have ever owned. The room is a big seller. The captain seats are great for our trips. Being able to fold a seat down and make more room in the back is also a huge plus. The power and fuel economy are great as well. The per trip cost is lower than other vehicles in its class. The comfort features like the heated and cooled seats makes trips great in the winter and the summer. Everyone who rides in it brags on the ride and how it feels in the vehicle. Overall we would buy this again!

Love it!

We had a Sante Fe and a Tucson and decided to go down to one vehicle. After researching many SUV’s of different Mae’s and models, we decided to look at both the Palisade and Genesis. After test driving the Palisade, I didn’t even give the Genesis a chance. I fell in love with the Palisade, both inside and out. The features are incredible as is the comfort, the space inside, and the flexibility of how you can adjust the seating for various loads. The dealership also played a big role! Conicelli is the best that I’ve ever dealt with. This was the 2nd vehicle I bought from them and when it’s time, I’ll buy my next vehicle from them. Yes, they are THAT good!

Love the car, but shocks went out after 10,000 miles

I really like this car, other than the rear shock problems that started at 10,000 miles and have yet to be replaced. However, the service department and the GM at College Station Hyundai leave a bad taste in your mouth. Knowingly selling a car with a rear-suspension design flaw, and not being able to replace the parts due to parts being on back order for 8 months is insane. And them telling me it's not hurting my car to drive with messed up shocks seems like a lie. It surely will affect the safety of the vehicle if I have to do some kind of defensive driving to avoid a collision. I truly do like the car, it's comfortable and I love a lot of the features, but I'm really disappointed in the people at my local dealership.

Pros: Maintenance package, 3rd row space, power seat adjustments, massaging drivers seat, the remote start and car lock features in the app, around view monitor, heads up display Cons: Auto Start/Stop, limited Air flow to the back row, Lock/Unlock unavailable on back passenger doors, No car lock feature when shutting the trunk, super sensitive safety features

Waiting on third row recall since September 2025

I have been waiting on the dealership to take care of the third row recall since September 2025. I have called the dealership once a week and they don’t want to own up to it. My husband has emailed Hyudai and they say “we’re sorry”. My kids ride on the third row and the third row is on recall up to date. I want this company to make it right by giving me my full refund!

2025 Palisade SEL

Nice car, rides well, lots of room for our stuff, powerful engine. Downside: center console storage space is terrible, no place to put driver and passenger phones and accessories. The charger is on the bottom of small storage space any thing else gets put in the storage is piled on top of phone, the control potion of the consule eats up tremendous space, the arm rest lifts up to a small storage shelf and while there is additional storage space below for storage it takes two hands to remove that shallow shelf, why does this shelf no have hinges? The storage space below the control console is user unfriendly, again, poorly designed! I do not understand the what the engineers were thinking when designing this console. Automatic safety features: too much. Owners should be able to turn off auto on off feature instead of having to turn off after every cycle of ignition switch. Can not turn off "take a Break" Feature. Hyundai has put too many safety features, give the owners more control all of these annoying and unnecessary safety features.

Disappointed purchase

Very disappointed in the paint peeling off the grill. With 10k miles we had it replaced but expect the issue to continue as it’s the same grill. Lane assist is problematic. Car wants to hug too close to the right side of the lane creating apprehension when a vehicle is on the right side. No wireless Apple connect. Dealer originally told us it was available. Have had an occasional beeping in the car when started. Had the car checked out 2x and they could not find the problem.

Lots of problems after 1 year

Someone decided to paint a chrome grill black, well it’s all flaking off. Rear shocks are shot after 1 year. I see online that there are several recalls including seatbelts, windows and power seats killing children. I want to trade in but I would take a 14k loss

Almost Great

Why stop when you are that close to great! I traded my 2021 Palisade Calligraphy with 60K miles for a 2025 exactly like it so I have a pretty good awareness of the things that keep this vehicle from being great. Easiest to fix: cheap carpet. Better carpet not only improves looks it reduces cabin noise. Next most annoying is the start/stop function. I live in a rural area close to a small city so start/stop is of little benefit to me yet I have to turn off every time I start the car. Setup should allow you to reverse the default condition so I can turn it on when I go to a big city but otherwise I don't have to touch it. The next improvement is in the climate start function of the BlueLink App. It only allows you to run the vehicle of 10 minutes which is an insufficient amount of time to cool/warm the vehicle. Finally, same lumbar functionality for the front passenger as for driver (massage function for passenger not necessary just lumbar).
