Rear Suspension

Great vehicle but have issues with leaking tonneau cover and bumping noise coming from rear suspension. Have appointment with Southern Hyundai to check these issues.

Good truck for my needs

The truck has been really good with one exception. The gears don't shift properly. The engine revs to high before it can change gears.

Fun to drive

I have a few complaints but the positive far out weighs the negative. Using a car wash, the rear tail lights get condensation. Took it to the dealer and there is an acceptable amount of moisture allowed....I dont agree. If the vehicle gets frost on it the forward camera gets a fault that shows up on my display. I discovered that even after defrosting the windshield, there will still be moisture in the top center of the windshield and I assume thats where the camera is. By the time I drive home from work(25 minutes) the moisture is gone and the fault goes away. The engine is very responsive, it handles great and I love to drive it. I have hauled more than I thought I could with this mini truck.

Great car and great value with an incredible warranty

I’ve owned my 2024 Santa Cruz Night Edition for two years and love it. No issues whatsoever thus far at 28, 000 miles. I think it’s a lot of bang for the buck. It has all the bells and whistles for a lot less than other cars equally equipped . And best of all it’s an incredible warranty just for piece of mind should something happen. Recommend getting a Santa Cruz, especially the higher end trims with the Turbo Engine cause it does make a difference. The highest end Santa Cruz model is where other similar cars base models start!

Quality vehicle overall

Excellent experience so far at 8,000 miles. Only issue I've had was the front drivers side fender and front door were rubbing together on delivery when opening and closing door. Steering recall was performed on my Santa Cruz in the first year, but I am pleased responsibility was taken and the issue was resolved.

MASS OIL LEAKS with less than 30k miles

My 2024 vehicle has been leaking mass amount of oil and has been "fixed" by the dealership multiple times !! Low oil light came on while traveling 10 hours on vacation 😩

Great trucket

All I need in a small trucket. Plenty of power, feels very close to my Ram 5.7 hemi but with twice the gas mileage. Miss the throaty exhaust of my Ram but I can live with the quietness.

Rear suspension

No issues except for the rear suspension making a “clonking” noise, signaling that it’s gone bad. Dealership has not fixed it, because they state that there is nothing wrong with the rear suspension.

Not sure what your asking here

No leg room in the back for passengers. All around to small inside, and the passenger seat is very uncomfortable. Limited bed space too!

Nice but has issues

The windshield wipers stopped working, had to take it to the dealership to have that fixed. Have also had it back to the dealership because it jerks non stop while driving. The dealership ran tests and said it was the fuel injectors. They changed all them out, it was fine for about 1 week and the same problem is back. Have to schedule another appointment to have it diagnosed and fixed again. Don't get me wrong its a great vehicle, its comfortable, drives nice and handles well in the snow, I just want them to figure out the issue with the jerking and fix it.

Very few complaints

Great pick up off the line, agile in sport mode, and comfortable (I’m a larger male). My first truck and I needed it for my business but also live in an urban setting where a full-sized truck didn’t make sense. Back seat is a little tight but that’s expected for this build. Only two downsides: I wish the remote start lasted longer to help defrost my vehicle, and gas mileage (but I got the turbo engine so really that’s on me).
