6,580 Mile Review

I use my Santa Cruz as our second vehicle and have only put 6,582 miles on it since purchasing it new 2/5/2024. Based on this my inputs should be taken with this in mind. This was also the only pickup that would fit into my garage space.

I like my 2022 better

I had a 2022 that I much rather have back. The sales person told me the 2022 I had and the 2024 I have now, are the same and this is not true. No pick up and not great build. Paint is very thin

Utility “Truck”

Did a lot of test drives in summer 2024 looking for an SUV. Threw the Santa Cruz into the mix for a test drive and liked it best! The truck bed, while not big, has handled some impressive loads. This vehicle tows a small teardrop camper no problem. And racked up 17k miles the first year for long trips to support the Buffalo Bills. It’s unique enough to draw attention and my team at work often comments on their positive view of my vehicle.

Perfect Vehicle for Me

This is not a great truck and it is not a great SUV. But it is a great vehicle. It's fun to drive, looks fantastic and is mechanically excellent. Oh and did I mention that it has the best warranty in the automotive business? The Hyundai Santa Cruz reminds me of the old GM El Caminos from the 1970's and 1980's. And I get great gas mileage too. I have the SEL and the safety features cannot be beat. And the infotainment system is first class. I have zero complaints about this vehicle. And the safety features are everything you could want and more. My previous vehicle was a Hyundai Tucson and this vehicle is 10 inches longer and 5 inches wider. So it was a bit of an adjustment to get comfortable driving a larger vehicle. My advice? If you want it - get it. You cannot go wrong.

Not sure what you want but I I like the truck.

I really like the truck, the color is great for Minnesota winters. Handles great, but I am still trying to figure out all the things I can do with the dash buttons.
