Best vehicle I have ever had. Many trips to Florida vehicle is virtually sound proof, so quiet can’t hear it running. Nice ride hard to feel bumps on road. Easily keeps up with traffic. AC works great. Over 30mpg on highway. Has 18 gal fuel tank. Great on long trips. Plenty of space for luggage and other necessities

I luv my Santa Cruz, the only thing I believe that would be better is the transmission. The transmission is a little complicated for a sport utility vehicle. It belongs in a sports car.

Fun to drive with a versatility of a pickup truck

I liked this vehicle from the day i saw it at a car show and still like it as an owner. For 2 people this is a great vehicle with lots of versatility. From hauling groceries to transporting a washer and dryer and tools that are protected by the locking rolling cover. Much more versatile than a suv. only 2 things could have made this better. The rear seat is basically useless for passengers. With 1 to 2” of leg room it really doesn’t work unless it’s an emergency. I don’t like having to drive with my chest up against the steering wheel when i have a passenger behind me.It really doesn’t work. They should have had a hybryd option - since they based it on the Tuscon that has a hybrid -I thought it would been a logical choice to have that option with the Santa Cruz.

Love My truck!

My Santa Cruz fits my life in many ways. I had two Jeep Wranglers which I liked but did not give me the comfort or the warranty that I have been used to since I have owned 3 other Hyundai models—all of which I owned way past 100,000 miles. I love the comfort I get in my Santa Cruz. It has such a smooth ride and offers plenty of room and amenities. The bed is the perfect size for me— I do not have ask to borrow a truck to get yard supplies or move larger objects ect. It looks great and does well on gas. I love my Santa Cruz.
