Perfect when you don't need a full size truck

I don't need a full size truck, but often haul around a mtn bike, skis, golf clubs. The Santa Cruz is perfect for those and more.

Fantastic combination of a car and truck!

I researched the Santa Cruz for many months before the purchase. It has lived up to all this billing and I have loved the vehicle. It rides like a car that gives you the utility use of being a truck as well. It has excellent acceleration in the turbo and the technology that you get with the vehicle as well worth the price of range it comes in. I would purchase this car again!

Fun vehicle but glad for the warranty

The Santa Cruz is a blast to drive but craftsmanship seems poor. The second I drove off the lot it was vibrating on the highway, the brakes shuddered, and the drivers door often didn’t close all the way on the first try. Now a few months in, the touch screen is flickering. All this to say, but when I bring it to the dealer, all they tell me is they can’t recreate it but if it continues come back. Doesnt help that every Hyundai dealer is extremely backed up. They has my car for two days and didnt even have time check all my concerns.

Meets expectations well, however tight fit to reach seat belt with seat all the way back, and navigation display needs better contrast.

Everything I want in a car and truck

I love my Santa Cruz but notice transmission takes a bit to kick in. I also hate the piano black all over the dash.. looks like hell. Don't like the 20" tires, not good in pouring rain. AC and heat could be better. Would like to see media on dash so I could pick the one I want and have it work all the time and not just sometimes.

I hope my Hyundai Santa Cruz lasts another 15 years! I love it!

The last vehicle I loved, I kept for 16 years and only got rid of it because the maintenance was costing more than the vehicle was worth. I feel the same love for my Hyundai Santa Cruz and hope to have it 16 years too. While it has its idiosyncrasies (what vehicle doesn't), I enjoy driving it, I love the way it looks, and I appreciate how practical and functional it is while also appreciating it's beauty!

Phantom 2024 Santa Cruz

Most aspects of my Santa Cruz are meeting my needs and satisfaction. The one item that is not what I expected is the average fuel mileage. With the Turbo 4 cylinder, I'd expected at least mid-twenties, not the flat twenty. Otherwise, it fits my needs. Satisfied Customer

Hyundai Santa Cruz

This is the first truck I've ever owned, mainly because I was afraid to drive a large vehicle. The Santa Cruz is a dream. It drives like an SUV, is roomy, comfortable, and the covered truck bed is a bonus I didn't expect to utilize as much as I do. Also, the service and drive train warrantees are better than available with most vehicles. I used to own a "high end" vehicle that had so many problems. It's been 18 months since I bought the Santa Cruz and have only needed the standard maintenance service. My Santa Cruz is trouble-free and I am so happy with it.
