Terrible mileage, little things that don't seem to work, auto radio volume with speed, navigation without subscription auto doorlocks. Bought it used.

Good vehicle with a few flaws that need correcting in design

My back-up camera has gone out twice, and when it is out, visibility for backing and other maneuvering is miserable. So many large blind spots. Occasional drive train issues (whether computer - likely - or other I am unsure) but quickly resolved with visit to shop and at one point seemed to self-correct. Updates?

Wish they put an effort into marketing as it is better than Ford's Mav

Flawless. So sad they aren't making them anymore after 2026, I'll be forced next year to buy a Maverick or Tacoma or Honda maybe...sad to leave the Hyundai family.

Should have

My Santa Cruz is a marvelous very versatile design however I would not purchase a newer model unless it had some basic features other cars have had for many years. I’m talking about proximity sensors.around the vehicle. Even at the highest trim level as mine is, it lacks ANY of these warning features. Example: I can back up in a parking lot and get zero warning of an immediate collision with a parked car behind me. Same is true on the front. I feel Hyundai cheapened out where it’s Tucson sibling has that and more. My 2010 VW Golf had those sensors as standard. I will not purchase another vehicle without these features.

Great little truck and works like a mid-size

It does everything I need. Pulls my boat up a poor gravel ramp. Rides great and good mileage. I've hauled 16 bags of quick creat. No issues
