overpriced and cheaply built

Parts started falling off the car within 8,000 miles. Badges are mounted crookedly. Features regularly malfunction. Using the radio is unnecessarily complicated. All the lights are obnoxiously bright. Center console/armrest is too large

2025 Santa Cruz

Great vehicle. Very comfortable. Nice interior. Love the headlights and especially the side view mirrors that transmit images to the dash when another vehicle is passing. After things I’d like to see changed: Lack of standard garage door opener. Lack of standard heated steering wheel Vehicle door locks work sometimes and sometimes not. Vehicle was advertised as canyon red… It’s orange!

Practical for my needs

It meets my needs for the occasional truck bed for hauling, is very comfortable for 2 people, with expected cramped space for unlucky passengers 3 and 4. Better on gas than my Taco - less power too.

I'm had my 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz XRT for just over 13 months, purchased from the showroom floor. It is my daily driver through city traffic and I have taken a few road trips. Over 17,000 miles on it now and I have loved every single one!

Can’t fix my blulink

My blulink that came free with purchase has not worked in months and the Hyundai engineers are terrible. No one gets back to me with any feedback or how the progress has been right now it’s been four months of chasing no answers terrible.

The Perfect Urban Vehicle

My current 2025 XRT replaced my 2023 Limited. I was T-boned in my 2022 by a speeding vehicle and I walked away. So its safety was absolutely essential for me to purchase another one as a replacement. The engine is extremely quiet, strong and reliable. The 0-60 is quick, about 6 seconds, which makes merging on a freeway a breeze. The vehicle size is perfect for the tight parking spaces, small narrow roads ways, and dream on city highways. The bed size, in my opinion, is a perfect size as well. No issues with weekend camping trips, weekend visits to DIY stores, or Costco trips. The suspension soaks up most road imperfections. It’s not sports car firm, nor 70’s Cadillac floaty. It’s meets in the middle, sporty and confident in country road corners, but far from punishing. The interior is well designed, great tech, comfortable seats, and good isolation from the outside noises.

Good quality vehicle

Overall, this is a reliable, dependable, and enjoyable vehicle to ride. There is very little negative to say about the Santa Cruz. The main issue is the touchscreen which is curved and flows from the instrument panel on the dashboard. The infotainment screen should be its own thing and should be closer to the driver allowing for easier use without having to lean in to operate the touchscreen.

Great Little Truck!

I've only owned my Santa Cruz for a couple of months but so far I love it. I can't wait to really use it this spring for hauling dirt, flowers and stepping stones. It's just the right size for my needs. Not to big and not to small. It's not as fast as my larger truck with a coyote 5.0 but it gets me there and I love the looks of this vehicle.
