I find out now that there is a recall on Santa Cruz 2026. I had your T

The vehicle rides pretty decent however, the back seats are very tight. It’s no room back there for anyone’s legs and the latch on the back of the vehicle constantly get stuck.

My first truck purchase

I really like the Santa Cruz---except for the Hyundai Map. It is hard to tell what streets are coming up (even with the enlarged font) and is actually impossible to see in the night mode.

Wonderful look technology needs some adjustment

It looks wonderful, Drive smooth sounds smooth the digital display has been blinking on and off continuously, took it in once had a video of it, but they couldn't go by the video they wanted it to happen to him actually live. Also the driver's assist whoever put it in did not Center it to the center of the road they have it set up to ride the white line on the right which becomes aggravating because you want to center it but you're fighting the assist. So you either have to drive without the assist or just let it do what it wants so you're not fighting it. So far the only two negatives

Total piece of JUNK do not buy

I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz and have been extremely disappointed with the overall quality. With only 1,800 miles on the vehicle, I have already experienced issues that I would never expect to encounter on a practically new truck. In my opinion, the vehicle does not reflect the level of durability or craftsmanship I expected when making this purchase. What concerns me most is that a vehicle with so few miles has already required dealer attention. A new vehicle should inspire confidence, not leave owners wondering what problem might arise next. The fit, finish, and overall quality have not met my expectations for a modern vehicle in this price range. My experience has significantly damaged my confidence in both the product and the brand. Reliability was one of the reasons I chose Hyundai, but my ownership experience has left me questioning that decision. Based on what I have experienced, I would not purchase another Hyundai in the future, nor would I personally recommend one to friends or family. Every owner's experience is different, but mine has been overwhelmingly negative. When spending this much money on a new vehicle, I believe customers should reasonably expect better quality, better durability, and fewer issues than I have experienced.

My wife is sad because it’s smarter then us we have not found any problem with it or anything we would want to change except would like to see the radio and electronics stand alone instead of through cell phones and larger cup holders
