4 months of ownership my dashboard went dark with an electrical fire

I am not happy that the electrical burned out the entire dashboard of my brand new 2026 Santa Cruz.. The dealership has had it for three weeks and due to the part needed to fix it is on back order it could take up to a month to get it back. The inconvenience has been great.

Fun Ride

The Santa Cruz is fun to drive and truck enough to haul minor loads. I’m a normal sized guy (6’4” - 285) and it’s very roomy, I don’t bump into my wife like I did in my Frontier. If I could turn off the steering assist from the steering wheel, it would be a 5 star review. The dash is customizable and I like that. Rides like a car, handles like a small truck (tight steering) and turns on a dime. The cameras are crazy useful during backing and maneuvering in tight parking.

Great Vehicle to drive around in all seasons

I feel Great in this vehicle. It rides smooth and super nice. You feel secure and the big tires help you maneuver around any obstacle. I highly recommend the Hyundai Santa Cruz. It is the best car I have driven yet.
