Lacking customer support
My 2 year old cat with less than 12k miles on it had an issue that was covered by warranty. When dropping it off I was not given a loner vehicle and when I asked they said they couldn’t do it bc they weren’t sure it was covered by warranty…. The issue was with the power train (the app showed me) which is covered under warranty so this excuse was ridiculous. When I left I was not given an accurate timeline on when my vehicle would be ready either. The next day I received my video from the service showing me the issue. After this, it took over 6 hours and me reaching out 4 different times using 4 different avenues to get back in with someone at the dealership who could tell me when the car would be ready. When my car was ready, I received a text. I promptly responded asking for an uber, as I had no other means of transportation since I was not given a loner, and my text was not answered until Saturday afternoon. 24 hours after I requested a ride.
I paid for my own Lyft to the dealership on Monday, 6/2, to get my car and these issues and lack of customer service were never acknowledged. I will be using a different dealership in the future.
