So far so good

This was a new ‘23 Santa Fe Calligraphy purchased in 2/24. Currently has about 22,500 miles. I’m old school and have had the oil changed much more often than the factory schedule. Had some difficulty getting the 3 complimentary changes done when I wanted them but a call to corporate customer service fixed that. My last free oil change was at Hyundai of Merrillville on 5/26/2026. That dealership has changed owners and now the oil changes are done by a contractor “QuickTime” as that appears on the repair order form. The oil change was done but I have good reason to believe the ordered tire rotation was not. One of the tires (LF) has I a unique mark on it. That tire was still on left front when I got home. I called the Service Dept and left a message for the Service Writer but never got a phone call back. I took the car to a local Belle Tire and had the tires rotated. Needless to say, I’m not likely to go back to Hyundai of Merrillville for service again.

Good Dependable Vehicle

This is a good solid car. Few problems. Horn assembly needed to be replaced a couple of times. As a headlight did after moisture got inside. Otherwise it has been running very nice.
