Overall impressed with the vehicle after 20,000 miles and weathering the harsh Wisconsin seasons. There are some minor improvements that would boost the ownership experience but I have no substantial grievances.

Overall a nice car but front end design is poor and doesn't protect radiator. Thankful for overheating notification and beeping sound.

Car is comfortable and runs fine. Cabin is fairly quiet.

Service center at Savannah Hyundai needs a lot of work. Had an appointment for an oil change and although it was an appointment had to wait 2 plus hours for the work. Seems the people offsite don't know the schedule at the dealership??? Hence the wait for 2 plus hours, not good for the customer.

Only owned short time - totaled

When we owned the car, worked well drove smooth, enjoyed technology, kept husband safe in crash and automatically called for help. Before accident, exterior had problems quick and dealer didn’t fix. Scratched plastics and broken front grill - we did not hit anything, assuming rocks on highway? No idea. Poor quality.

I am loving my Santa Fe

There could be a few changes, but I made a great decision. Great on mileage, the room inside is so comfortable. The ability to adjust temperatures in the rear separately but should be available to adjust from the control panel because of children possibly adjusting unnecessarily. But overall 2 thumbs up.

My 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe is a great suv that my family uses all the time, we have been all over the U.S. and without any problems, it just goes and goes we all love it. And we were lucky to have Hunter Hyundai dealership close by to maintain it and they do a great job .

Tons of features for the money, just not very reliable

This is an extremely comfortable car, with tons of standard features. however we have had issues with reliability that we should not have with a new car-this will probably be our last Hyundai.

Great Car!

We love this car! The exterior is beautiful and same with the interior! It feels like a luxury vehicle but affordable! Our only complaint is that eye tracking tech. It’s bad. We wear sunglasses like most people when driving and it’s sunny. However if we do that we can’t use cruise control which is so frustrating when doing long road trips. The other complaint is that the brakes/rotors seem to shake the car when braking and we have already replaced the parts once and it’s starting to shake again. Otherwise it’s a great vehicle! We love it! The inside is also so spacious!

Spacious vehicle

I love my Santa Fe! I love how spacious it is and how comfortable it is to drive. Only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score is that I’ve had issues with the electronics and had to have the screen replaced and had to have the engine harness replaced and it’s a brand new leased vehicle.

Stylish and roomy vehicle loaded with amenities and a great warranty. This is the first year of production, hence multiple electronic glitches, recalls, and several rattles and squeaks at the 10,000 mile mark. Most have been resolved, but the recalls continue to come in.
