Love my car but the instrument panel is a problem

The touch screen gets dirty with finger prints and then it is hard to read in bright light. I'm constantly inadvertently turning on seat warmers or turning off air due to the location of buttons on panel.

The dealership and corporate have turned this into a nightmare

I believe my vehicle is a 2024 first year lemon with all of the electrical issues it has had the first year of owning it but the dealership and corporate have been a nightmare to work with and I am in the process of filing a law suit.

Great reliable vehicle

Comfortable vehicle. It’s been a year and it’s going good. The only thing I have issue is the interior like carpet and leather threading is coming out and outside Santafe sign is getting loose. But performance wise, It’s great! And I really wish the back of the car had different look, like my boys joke around that it looks like someone is sagging.

Meh pretty but I regret

Bought this because I loved the look- had been eyeing it for so long. However, O hate driving it every single day and the features are annoying vs helpful

A roomy, comfortable, responsive and fun to drive experience.

I love my Santa Fe. It is exceedingly spacious, rise is responsive and quite comfortable. Engine holds its own in city and highway driving. Gas mileage is okay. Service, with warranty, has been exceptional. Overall, a marvelous first Hyundai experience.

Good but could be a little better

I have greatly enjoyed the Santa Fe. We have one of the base models. It is very well equipped, has a smooth ride and quiet cabin. Love that the 2nd row fits our 6'2 son extremely well, especially on road trips. Only negative I have is the gear shifter placement, bad spot. I have hit it thinking it was the wiper blades and nearly shifted gears mid drive, NOT good. Other downside is 2nd row vents are terrible placed, front ones are not the greatest either but not as bad as 2nd row. 3rd row is good, and it has a separate controller for that row. Lastly, the phone charging area gets direct hit from sun and I have had to charge using the cord to hide my phone from overheating. Outside of this, it is comfortable, great ride, dependable and the 3 year comp. maintenance plan is terrific.
