Great value for price!

We purchased the 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy new. We love almost everything about this vehicle! The reaction time, the comfort, the gas economy, the spacious interior, the finishes and the speed! The one thing I wish you could do is turn off some of the "safety features" as your e-brake will be thrown on when parking over a leaf or bush limb. Also, the "evasive" jerking of the wheel when you are changing lanes in traffic will one day CAUSE an accident instead of avoid one. The one real quality issue we have thus far is even after we ceramic coated ours, the outside paint is extremely thin and low quality. A bug chipped our hood paint a week after our purchase.

Very pleased with this vehicle. Only complaint I have is that the car seat belts on driver and passenger seats are difficult to use because the locking mechanism is to low one the side of the seat.

Great vehicle but…

Overall I am very happy with the appearance, comfort, interior and exterior design, and fuel mileage. Electronics seem to have sporadic issues that sometimes fix themselves. One too many recalls in my opinion but happy that they are on top of them and taken care of.

Poor paint quality

The paint quality in the Hyundai is horrible! I have only had it for a year and the paint chips are horrendous!!!! When I am told that they make the paint so thin because of EPA hazards then you should be putting on more layers!!!! Why should I have to pay to repair my paint after normal driving conditions!!

Nice car but the tech is frustrating

I bought this vehicle pre-owned. It was a mission to get the tech changed to my profile. Once I got that done, it still does not function properly and I'm living with a massive triangle with an exclamation point on my dash every time I start the car. I took it to the dealer; they had it for about 5 or 6 hours. They had no idea how to program it and gave it back to me with the error still on the dash. Other than that, the features are nice. Heated and a/c seats, sun and moonroof, spacious and great looking. I just wish Hyundai would have worked on training the service teams on the tech. I know I need to get this taken care of but I just don't have time to leave my car again all day.
