Hyundai Santa Fe - Excellent Car

I purchased a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe and I absolutely love it. It is so spacious. Rides beautifully with great comfort. There is plenty of room for additional passengers (there is a 3rd seat) and/or luggage. Highway driving is so comfortable and because the car is larger, you don't feel overwhelmed next to trucks. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

Great package - can be easily the perfect SUV

The Sante Fe is a great offering and can easily be tweaked to make it the perfect SUV. A few things that need to be changed: 1. MPG is shockingly low for the engine size. I average 18 mpg around LA. My Chevy Silverado Trailboss with a 5.3L V8 did 17 mpg. I’d much rather have the bigger engine. 2. Backend design - love that it’s squared but the placement of the back lights is way too low. It makes it look like it has a saggy butt.

Nice vehicle with some flaws

This is a very nice vehicle. However, something needs to be done to improve its fuel efficiency. A full tank of gas only gets about 250 miles and about 18-19 miles per gallon. This is costly in the long run. A hybrid is probably your best bet for this vehicle.

I’ve never owned a Hyundai but liked my neighbor’s Palisade but when I saw the Santa Fe, I liked it more. It’s the perfect size, lots of features and great on gas.

Nightmare

The whole experience has been a nightmare. First the dealership sold me the wrong vehicle. I had to trade my new vehicle in for another new one to get the features I was told the first one had. Now it’s been in the shop twice in two months and been there now for over a week. Last time I ever buy from you guys again.

Dual clutch transmission is Jersey at low speeds. At a full stop when releasing brake car drifts backwards a foot or less. Left side radio speakers come in and out…normal volume and lowers.

Santa Fe XRT

I Love my Santa Fe. I liked my sales guy Franz. That being said. I Will Never Recommend Chantilly Sheehy Hyundai to anyone. The Finance Manager through away our deposit check, then three months later started harassing me about the down payment. Went and dropped off another check with him, then two weeks later started calling and harassing about not getting the check. This time, we had it documented and recorded when the second check was dropped off and told them to pound sand and it is his problem now! F’n HORRIBLE excise for a Manager!!!!
