2025 Santa Fe

I was initially happy with my purchase until I realized that the quality is not what I expected. It comes standard with Goodyear tires that are advertised as having a 60,000 mile tread life. At 15,000 miles my tires were at 4/32 and had to be replaced at 18000 miles which is totally unacceptable. I even tried to use the warranty and was told by Goodyear that the warranty doesn't apply to tires that were on the car at purchase. I contacted the dealer and they would not work with me to replace the tires. My dash screen has moments where it freezes or will just be all black. The wireless phone charger doesn't work well; hitting bumps in the road makes it stop charging. The proximity sensor for the door locks doesn't always work. The standard sound system could be better. That being said, it does give a smooth ride, the seats are comfortable and the heat/ac works well. It gets good gas mileage for the size and its pretty :)

Wish it was a hybrid. Wish the driver memory, unlocking door, cameras and media system worked better. Rear hatch opening system is incredibly slow. Easy to push buttons accidentally on touch screen.

safe and convenient

I love all of the safety features, except one that we can talk about later. the heads up display allows me to keep my eyes on the road. The ride is very smooth and it is spacious and comfortable on long trips

One Fantastic Automobile

Definitely the safest car I have ever driven. I like the intuitive manner in which information is presented to the driver. It's flawless. This car replaced an excellent 2011 Santa Fe that I drove for 14 years. The advancements over those 14 years is phenomenal.

Much lower quality than previous Santa Fe

We bought the 2025 Santa Fe because we had a 2012 Santa Fe that was awesome. It lasted for over 300k miles, felt like a quality build, and went down the road nicely. The 2025 feels cheap across the board. The electronics are awful - the latest update caused glitches in the entertainment system. The engine runs rough - I'll be surprised if it makes it to half the miles of our previous Santa Fe. We don't need a fancy vehicle with a bunch of bells and whistles. We want a reliable, solid, economical vehicle we can count on. This isn't it.

I love my Santa Fe limited

Really enjoying my Santa Fe has not given me any problems it have. I’ve had it for almost 2 years with no issues. I take it in for regular maintenance. My dealer treats, me professionally and very kindly and quickly. I enjoy driving my car and I get lots of compliments. Only concern is for the future and how long my Santa Fe will last I brought it brand new and I currently have 14,000 miles on it so I do worry about the future and I see some reviews for Hyundai automobiles and some are not so great so that is one of my concerns. I’m also concerned about the depreciation of my car but for now I’m really enjoying it.

Too short and has a lot of annoying problems

Car is too short everyone hits their head when they get in, car doesn’t lock when turned on, the screen doesn’t connect to phone sometime, I can never get comfortable in the seat or reach pedal without crunching knee

THE SANTA FE OFFERS A GREAT VALUE FOR SIZE CONVENIENCE AND DECENT PERFORMANCE THE KEY TO MY PURCHASE IS THE EXCELLENT WARRANTY WHICH DIFFERENIATES IT FROM MAZDA AND TOYOTA HOWEVER I HAVE HAD TO RETURN IT SEVERAL TIMES FOR ENGINE FAULTS AND FINALLY THEY HAD TO REPLACE ALL 4 FUEL INJECTORS ALSO IT SEEMS TO BE CONSUMING MORE OIL THAN NORMAL CURRENTLY ONLY 3900 MILES ON THE CAR DUE TO SURGERIES THE MCGOVERN DEALERSHIP HAS BEEN VERY GOOD MY SON IS LOOKING FOR A NEW PALISADES AND WE ARE REVIEWING RELIABILITY STATISTICS AT THIS TIME
