Great car

This car is perfect for me. I have grandkids and the third row seat allows me to have room for them. It rides very smoothly and drives just as well. Looks very nice inside and out.

Hyundai can do better

The 2025 vehicle, received directly from the manufacturer, exhibited numerous defects. While characterized as "cosmetic," these visual flaws require repair. A seven-year payment plan for a new car should not necessitate multiple warranty claims. While acknowledging that unforeseen issues can arise, the dealer bears responsibility for inspecting and ensuring the vehicle's condition prior to sale. Improved performance is expected from both the dealership and Hyundai.

All good except in car camera!

Overall, we love the car and its new features. One feature that we absolutely HATE is the in car camera, we do not like the car reminding us to take a break every 20 minutes or so, and I had to buy new sunglassed that were non polarized because the camera couldn’t see my eyes and kept throwing up a warning and turning off the cruise control. I have turned off the feature in setup, but the camera still warns and turns the cruise off. Between that and the other warning to “take a break” we are not happy. Quite honestly, if I had known about these issues beforehand, I probably would have looked at another make of car!

No Blue Link since I bought it Been back to shop 6 times. This time going on second week. Second time in loaner car. Blue Link doesn’t even know what’s wrong with it at this point I want another new vehicle.

SANTA FE 2025

I love the shape and the space, however there seems to be some type of problem with the computer. It is very slow and glitches on the regular disconnecting and reconnecting randomly which can be very frustrating when using the map.
