I do not recommend

I would not recommend purchasing this vehicle. In less than a year of ownership, I have already been without the car for more than 80 days. It has had defects in: - Tyre pressure monitoring system (problematic sensors) - Attention awareness system (it requires me to look ahead while driving). - Lane assist system (unstable). The air conditioning system sometimes cools one side and sometimes the other. The key batteries have needed to be replaced twice.

Technology

The driver attention warning light is a poor design and it can’t be turned off. When driving for 30 minutes, the flashing, dinging take a break, need a coffee. The windshield wipers are built into the hood which makes it awkward and difficult to release to be able to clean. The sensors get clogged easily with rain or snow.

All fantastic except for cheap tires

Would have given 5/5 stars except Hyundai put cheap tires that have terrible life expectancy on them. I know I drive more miles than average person but tires should last more than 20,000 miles. Found the same tires that were put on my new vehicle at Walmart for less than $120 per tire with no warranty with mileage. Seems pretty cheap way out when tires are concerned.

love it - maybe not the slight vibration I now feel

About 6 months ago I started to feel a slight vibration when I accelerate. I was told by West Herr Hyundai that they believe it is just the car getting broke in. I'm not sure I like that.

Almost perfect

Awesome car in almost all ways. Two issues: 1) the seatbelt is recessed too deeply into the seat making it very hard to buckle and 2) the you have to hold on to the lift gate button both on the key fob and by the steering wheel until it fully closes.

Best Vehicle Ever

My 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe is easily the best vehicle I ever had. Roomy, comfortable, smooth, reliable: everything is positive. Even the look of the car turns heads. The Customer Service is also unparalleled to any item I've had. The CS people don't leave anything to chance, and they always have my back. Friendly and professional, they do what must be done and leave no questions unanswered. Everything is done with a smile and a positive attitude.

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy

There are a few things that the manufacturer needs to correct or delete from this vehicle. Too much tech will drive away many car buyers. I don't need a glove box that sterilizes my phone. NO LUMBAR ON FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. This is the top of the line Santa Fe. I like adaptive cruise, but I should be able to switch over to regular cruise so I can wear my sunglasses.
