My 2025 Santa Fe

Nice driving vehicle. Ride is very smooth, and car is easy to handle. I do not like the camera that "looks for your eyes"! when wearing sunglasses, it constantly "tells me" to keep my eyes on the road. Also, with so many safety features, I can't believe the software to notice a curve when using driver assist so the car will slow down for the curve. My 2022 Santa Fe had this feature. what a surprise when I found out this one doesn't. That feature should be an automatic!!!!

Nice vehicle but has a few annoying bugs

I like the SUV’s basic features but there are several annoying issues that need to be addressed. 1) when it is hot out, there is hesitation when you apply some throttle but then the turbo kicks in and the vehicle abruptly and sometimes dangerously learches forward. Was told by the service dept that a software update would fix it. It only made it slightly better. 2) The adaptive speed control is useless if you wear sunglasses, and bright sun. It shuts off complaining your eyes are off the road. 3) Locking the doors is unpredictable. Sometimes when you think it's locked it isn't.

Problems with front end

Since 5 months after purchase. Then 7 months later it got so bad. I finally took it to service and they could not duplicate the problem over and over. Now the noise is back to where it was five months after purchase. I feel unsafe driving this car.

Nice car

Went from the Palaside to the Santa Fe to decrease vehicle size. I feel the price for the quality of vehicle with all the options is excellent. The car is very comfortable. My only "real" issue is the amount of road noise.

Mediocre SUV

I want to love this SUV but I can't. It is cheaply built and at 50,000 miles has transmission slippage that the dealer keeps pushing off as nothing since their computer says it's fine. It it an ok SUV but as soon as we are financially able to, we will get rid of it... and I will not buy another Hyundai again. I'll spend the extra money and go back to Mazda or Jeep.

Second back to back Santa Fe’s

Overall, I love my second Santa Fe as much as the first my first one was a 2017. This one is a 2025. The new style and features in the side are wonderful car is comfortable and classy. Items I don’t like are not keeping the full sunroof that goes from the front all the way past the rear passenger seats. I also don’t care for the new placement of the cruise controls for the driver not intuitive. Neither is The off position for the windshield wipers other than that really no complaints.
