Great vehicle

I love the ride and roominess of the vehicle. Its very comfortable. I'm still learning all of the features etc. The only negatives is the lag in the turbo when having to do a quick acceleration such as to get out in traffic quickly. Also, the back end is ugly and draws the eye down. It's like a beautiful woman from the front that has a sad and saggy butt in the back. I hope you are redesigning the exterior rear to be more visually appealing.

Improved

With the new transmission, this vehicle is so much better. Smoother and more refined than the dual clutch plus all the amenities of a luxury vehicle but more value than a luxury vehicle.

Was expecting better

I paid $48,000 for my car. After having the vehicle for 5 months I do not feel like it is worth that price. I am always struggling to get the doors to unlock. When I try to unlock/lock is with the app it takes really lock. The safety features (when close to an object) are pretty annoying. Being in a driver through is awful. I have to be super careful from other vehicles or object. Or j have to put up with the constant beeping. I am always trying to figure out the settings and it’s not that easy.

Santa Fe FWD

I have had the pleasure of owning cars and SUVs from many brands, such as Toyota, Honda, Audi, VW, ford, GM, and I even owned a Hyundai Tucson, but the Santa Fe FWD is the worst SUV I have ever driven; the transmission and engine are insufficient for such a large vehicle, it is sluggish and slow to respond. I cannot speak about the Hybrid or AWD models.

Overall assessment

The vehicle itself is adequate, as advertise, w/ all the bells & whistles...my main concern is the service, or lack there of, provided. Let's be honest, the vehicles sell themselves w/o the pretentious, immature, faux sales people acting as if they factored into my decision making. 1 of the most unprofessional, incompetent, and slipshod transactions I've ever been a part of and I make multi-million/country/company arrangements for Govt. defense contracters weekly.

Early Signs of Problems to Come

2 months after I got the vehicle it’s telling me to top up brake fluid because it’s low. 1 week after I top up, the steering wheel started to vibrate when I step on the brake pedal if I reached 50mph and up speed. The headlights turn on even though the settings is on auto and it’s still bright. I expect the drive to be stable but it’s not, you have to hold the steering wheel with your both hands and the front wheels seems jumpy.
