Every single one has been great

This is my 3rd Sonata. I absolutely love this make/model. It is both roomy and comfortable for the driver and passengers. It handles very well on the highway. The improved safety features have also improved. My friends and family think I'm driving a luxury vehicle with all that Hyundai offers. I also cannot say enough great things about Route 60 Hyundai in Vero Beach. They sold us our first used one when we had no money, not great credit and were very young. With many years behind us now since then, we could basically pick anything off the lot and they still treat me, a woman and The Buyer/Driver with the utmost respect. I will never go anywhere else.

2024 Hyundai Sonata

Its the first car I have absolutely loved! It's roomy, runs smooth, the seats are comfortable, the smart cruise control and auto lane assist is a big plus. The only downfall I would say is the doors will be locked except for the driver door and I have to open that door to unlock the rest.

America's Best Warranty? Hardly.

Due to poor design/construction, the undercover on my 2024 Hyundai Sonata SEL failed at less than 16,000 miles. I took the car to the Hyundai dealership expecting the repair to be covered under warranty. The dealership claimed that the repair was not covered under warranty because of damage caused by driving. This is false. Based on internet research, this is a common failure that other drivers have experienced due to poor design/construction. To make matters worse, the dealership wanted to charge almost $900 for a simple repair of a part that costs less than $300. I am a loyal Hyundai customer (3rd vehicle), but after being so poorly treated by the dealership and Hyundai not standing behind its products, I will never buy another Hyundai vehicle and advise friends and family to avoid Hyundai as well. It is very disappointing that Hyundai would ruin a loyal customer relationship over a common defect and simple repair and make matters worse by grossly overcharging for the repair. Hyundai should have honored its warranty and replaced the defective undercover and clips without hesitation.

Pretty, pricey, and has potential

Overall, I like the car. It’s super sleek looking. You can get customized leather seat covers for it that make it look like a race car. There are a few things that bother me though.

All in all a good choice

A big improvement from our 2019 Sonata Still too much road noise, still leaking headlights, manual fuel door inconsistency and steering too lose, floating on the highway. Fix these issues and you have a great vehicle.

Bluelink

I would like to give the rating for my sonata a 5, but bluelink is a problem. My climate start doesn’t start my hot air in the winter and the dealership won’t fix it because they claim bluelink needs to sign off they can’t fix it first. And bluelink has not resolved for over 30 days now.
