Good car. Does alot of things well and some not so well.
Coming from a life-long sedan driver, I wanted something a little bigger and easier to get in & out. I also enjoy the cargo space and hauling capacity.
The Good:
The cameras and sensors are very helpful while driving and while parking. Handy controls for the safety features. I wish the sounds were more distinctive or a way to see alerts on the screen. Sometimes it beeps and I have no idea why.
Built-in navigation isn't great, but I haven't seen one from a manufacturer that is good. I plug my phone in when I need real directions or traffic info.
The auto-temperature settings aren't great, but not the worst I've used.

The bad:
The app is constantly updating which require clicking on a bunch of prompts and setting it back up again - it always happens when I'm in a hurry.
Some of the items are not designed well:
Not enough light indicators for most controls for windows/doors. Difficult to find in the dark.
Lack of door locks on door panel
Warning bells for passenger are excessively annoying
Navi-tainment-screen doesn't keep the same display settings after restart. Too many button pushes to get the screen back to the mode it was in.
Transmission always starts in "Eco" mode. I understand not having it default to "Sport" or "Snow", but at least an option for "Smart"
Lots of lag and delay when pulling out of my driveway in "Eco" mode.
Eco mode is much less efficient than Smart mode on highways. Another thing to reset after stopping during long trips.
Every time I get back in the car I have to push a bunch buttons and switches to get the screen back to where it was.
Any over-the-air update will happen without warning and you will be in a hurry one day and the car will not be ready. This has happened twice in the last year.
One time while driving in a rain storm, all sensors stopped working until I stopped the car and restarted it. All sensors - as in cruise control, blind-spot detection, auto windshield wiper, auto-headlights, etc. Multiple calls to my local dealership were not returned.
