Well designed, comfortable hybrid solution

In general, love it. The anti collision software is a bit too sensitive (car will slam on brakes unexpectedly sometimes when you are not about to collide but it appears it thinks you are). Great built in tech in general however and very great design (moonroof, roominess, horizontal display). The engine rattles going up hills a bit.

Love the vehicle, not the service

I got an engine light warning in the middle of August and took my vehicle in for service. It turns out the error code is related to the Nav system not working. The dealer has been unable to fix the problem so far. The car has been in the shop for four weeks while they reprogrammed the system, replaced the antenna and some wiring harness(es), they are currently waiting for another park to be delivered in belief that that will fix the problem. I elevated the problem to Hyundai Customer Service after a few weeks but it appears Hyundai’s solution is to order one part at a time and hope that fixes the problem. After a couple of failed fixes I believe that all parts associated with this problem should have been ordered so the tech has everything they need to get it done, not let’s try this one part order at a time. I love the vehicle and also own a 2023 Tucson but this experience has not been what I expected.

Love my 1st Tuscon

I am loving my 1st Tuscon Hybrid. I love all the tech and the panoramic sun roof. It has great gas mileage when driving locally but wish it got a little better on the highway. I really enjoy the automatic updates and that I can change the display theme.

Good vehicle for the value but with some quirks

In general I am pleased with the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid as its good value for the price. The exterior is sleek and looks stylish, and the interior is nicer quality with good technology and screen. The Eyesight technology has more cons than pros. I find it ridiculous that I can’t wear certain sunglasses with the eyesight not recognizing my eyes. Also the front sensors have nearly almost caused me to be in two accidents as it suddenly brakes very hard when the vehicle in front of me is not close to me.

Great car except for the pure insanity of the "take a break" insanity.

Overall a very nice vehicle in most regards. The pure worthlessness, aggravation, and total distraction of the "take a break" function that does absolutely nothing but aggravate and cause stress and distraction make it a car I can not recommend to others and have considered selling off.

I love my Tuscan hybrid

I have always bought Toyotas or Hondas but because of the over pricing I decided to try something else and in my research I found the Tuscan and liked what I saw and read about them. I then went for a test drive and decided then that I loved it. I have not regretted buying my Tuscan in fact my wife ended up getting one herself after I had mine for a couple months.

Love the care BUT the eye camera for safety location is THE WORST

There are so many incredible things I love about this car BUT there is one major flaw! The eye sight sensor being BELOW the top of the steering wheel is a huge problem. It is constantly going off because it cannot see my eyes. I tend to drive with my hand towards the top of the steering wheel and this causes a problem for the detector. BAD DESIGN. Placement of this camera by the rearview mirror or somewhere else with a higher line of sight to the driver would be better!!

Horrible experience with vehicle

I bought bec of the features but have been facing a constant issue of digital cluster going blank even after multiple repair attempts and recall fixes. This has completely killed my excitement for a brand new vehicle and am stuck with a horrible issue. I am desperate for someone to help me out which i doubt will happen

Cheap with too many gimmicks

Poor suspension. Can’t turn off notifications. Noisy engine and noisy ride. I have written reviews before and no response from Hyundai.
