Love my new Hyundai Tucson hybrid, lots of room😊

My Tucson has plenty of room for my groceries and my shopping addiction. My 6’4” partner has no problem fitting in the backseat. The console is easy to get around on and figure out. Love the full length sunroof. Overall it’s very comfortable.

Tucson Hybrid is awesome!!!

The Tucson is the perfect size. The Gas Milage is exactly as advertised. Every other car I ever bought always advertised a number and I always seemed be under that number. The hybrid around town gets higher than advertised. I love it. It rides smooth and the safety features are fantastic!!! I’ve driven a Hyundai since 2002(Elantra, Accent, Santa Fe, and now a Tucson). They are a great manufacturer and stand behind their product.

A number of new features on the vehicle. The controls are well placed.

There is a learning curve with this vehicle. Most features I like. However, the location of the rear blinker light is bad. If another car is close, those lights can't be seem.

Hyundai totally screwed up my ownership experience

There are a few things in not thrilled with about the car itself, but I can't use some of its features (e.g., remote key) because the dealership totally screwed up registering the car with blue link! Blue Link support had been worthless about fixing this, too!

Great SUV. Comfort level excellent

Great mileage. Quiet ride. Comfort level beyond what we thought. Love the heated seats. Only concern is that we had to have the brand new vehicle's air conditioner replaced within the first couple of months.

Love the ride, the technology, and gas mileage. Wipers are kind of crappy, but that is a small detail. Glad I went with the Hybrid. Really enjoy the infotainment center.

Worst new car experience in my 50 yrs of driving

Driver attention and forward attention chimes and warning lights constantly go off. Dealership can’t fix. Must be a sensor or camera issue. Constantly warns me to take a break with coffee cup symbol. No fun to drive this car, worst experience with new car ever

No customer service

I purchased my car new, but it was a dealer to dealer transfer. They drove it to where I am. Upon receiving my car I was prompted to finish paperwork before seeing it one last time. Initially I didn’t have my own coverage so once I brought it home I didn’t drive it. After a week my insurance was in place and I bc pile drive it. After my first week driving it (second week owning) I noticed the air pressure in my tire wouldn’t stay up. I chalked it up to the weather cooling down, but decided to email my salesperson just in case. I ended up dealing with tire pressure issues for about two months before I could have it looked at. The dealer confirmed there was a nail hole in the tire. They refused tot take ownership of this, and Hyundai deferred everything back to the dealer. Unwilling to help me. I had to endure accusations of lying and defending myself to the manager who did not want to help. It’s put a very sour taste in my mouth and my wife and I have considered just returning the car and getting a different brand. I’m very disappointed because while I enjoy the car, the experience and lack of customer service has been underwhelming, disappointing, and non-existent.
