One of the best car I've owned so far

Most of the features and functions perform above average. The engine provide sufficient power and relatively quiet for this SUV class. The Blue-Link app adds an extra layer of convenience, though I wish it offered a bit more. My main issue is with the door lock/unlock sequence, which works inconsistently at times. Overall, the operation isn’t as straightforward as in my previous car, the Hyundai Sonata. Another point is the dashboard software: it requires the driver to select a profile and then use a password or fingerprint to activate it. This seems like an unnecessary extra step. If the driver can already use a fingerprint to unlock the car, the system should automatically recognize the correct profile and eliminate the need to select it manually. Streamlining this process would save time and make the experience more intuitive. Also, I wish the LED light of the lower control panel (control for air-conditioning, heater .. etc) should be brighter, it is hard to tell if the function is on or not at day time. Lastly, the features buttons on the center console should be moved to the lower control panel area to avoid accidental trigger of function that may hurt the car. (e.g. AWD Lock)

Not impressed

Less standard features for this hybrid! Key fob tailgate open button is on side, not a great placement. My tailgate has opened several times while I was in a building! No sensor on front or back of vehicle, there is a camera, I had them put on at my cost as I had that on my other Tucson. No heated steering wheel! Not at all impressed with the gas mileage, did just as good with my other Tucson. If I could have my other Tucson back, I’d take it in an instant. I hear the rain and wind, seems cheaper made, never on our other Tucsons. Display screen is hard to read with the sun at times. I do not like where the phone charger is placed, it is right where the sun shines and then your phone overheats, so I don’t even use it! There is more that I don’t like, than do like. Then I find out after the fact that the cost of plates are more! That should be told upfront! As I said, I miss my 2023 Tucson ☹️

A wonderful vehicle with flaws

I've been the proud owner of my 2025 Hyundai Tucson hybrid limited, the SUV is really a class leader but unfortunately it's started to have technical problems, 1st the head up display started to glitch then just disappeared, the instrument panel followed suit so I was unable to know my speed, and now the entertainment screen goes blank, it's now in the shop! :(
