car runs fine there is a crackling noise when I drive the car on the freeway Dear said they fixed it said it was something to do with the fender it is still making the noise

So far, the Tucson has been a good car. The mile/gallon I get is accurate with the EPA estimated mpg. The car drives nice and is comforatable.
