Almost excellent but still great

2 problems: Your onboard navigation system sucks compared to Google maps so the HUD is useless most of the time. Your infotainment system desperately needs a pause button. You can’t pause streaming media without interacting with your phone. Your competitors have pause buttons.

Broken Dashboard System

Within 30 days of owning this vehicle, the dashboard system has completely failed. Service to replace has taken more than a month with no resolution in sight. This is a massive and critical failure and an unfortunate situation for new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid owners.

Nice Car

I am enjoying the car so far! Took a weekend of you tube videos to make the changes to the factory settings to get the car to be mine. Like the mileage from the hybrid and enjoy the ride. So far, 1000 miles like the car!

I love the car and this is my 3rd Tuscon. I had 4 Santa Fes prior. I am disappointed that I have a known wiring harness issue that makes my speedometer, heads up display, the whole panel disappear. Goes completely black. If it is a known issue, it should be a recall, so it can be fixed before selling the car. I still love the car and the dealership where I have always purchased my cars is so amazing that it doesn't deter me from the brand. I would like to see a more proactive approach from Hyundai as this isnt the first car that has had issues that should have been corrected before leaving the lot.

Very Good, but Electronics could be Better

The vehicle seems very solid and quiet. Very smooth and comfortable ride. The infotainment system is impressive but has some disappointments. Voice recognition doesn't include commands I was used to in my Ford. Native music player capability doesn't handle Playlists. Very awkward and unintuitive to navigate among the Audio sources.

What an upgrade!

A lot to love about this SUV from the super quiet driving experience to the climate control features, including heated and ventilated seats in front with heated seats on back, to the surround view cameras that make parking a breeze. Wireless phone connectivity works like a charm! The combo of smart cruise control with smart high beam assist make long road trips on dark roads far more enjoyable with added confidence. If only they would have placed the turn signal in the correct location so other drivers can see it.

Great vehicle!

So far, it's functioning great, and I am happy with its handling and how it rides. The driver seat doesn't go low enough and the brake control is too strong but other than that it's working out fine for me.
