A good, comfortable vehicle. ( so far )

My first experience with a Hyundai and with a hybrid. So far, both have been good, but I have only had the vehicle a little over 2 months. All the technology on it is amazing, figuring it all out, or how you did it the last time is the challenging part. I owned 2 different CR-V's for a total of 11 years before this, and I can only hope that the quality is as good as the Honda's. Only weakness I have seen so far is that the paint is much more touchy than the Honda, a good hard rub while washing to remove anything that is stuck on will cause swirly scratches in the paint, didn't happen with the Honda, other than that, all good.

The good and the not so goid

We really like our Hyundai Tuscan hybrid, but there are some drawbacks. The individual driver settings are inconsistent when returning to the vehicle, sometimes the seats stay with the last driver and other times it switches. Wish the car had auto lock when walking away. Wish the navigation had a more detailed map, so we use Waze instead Gas mileage is lower than expected. Vehicle is comfortable, love the cooling seats.

Love it but it makes me nervous.

The fact that a sensor was bad within the first week of owning a brand new car was very unsettling. So far since then, everything seems fine. I love the style, ride and features. The gas mileage is great and as a hybrid is less than others makes.

Midsize SUV with a lot to give

Pros: The ride is very smooth, gas mileage is very good compared to the standard gas model. Options were fairly generous, the main screen is attractive and easy to see. Cons: I really do not like that the fan controller is not a hand dial. The car really is too small for dual climate controls. But you could make the dials one for fan, one for temp and maybe make the touch display have the feature of dual climate controls. Having to take your eyes off the road to see the lower control panel vs muscle memory of dials is not safe. Have the passenger play with the digital controller. The radio dial button could also be slightly bigger. I also wish that when you choose a driver. The seats, mirrors also go to that preset preference. But really over all the car is enjoyable to drive short and long distances

This is excellent value!!!

I test drove over 15 vehicles and this was the clear winner for me. I really love my new car. Is it perfect, no. But it is a great value and I smile every time I drive it. I feel like I got a good value because I know what else is out there. One exception is Toyota since there marketing strategy doesn't let you drive a new vehicle or pick out what you want. That wouldn't work for me, so I eliminated them and the expensive European vehicles.

Excellent Car/Features/Fun to Drive

This is my most favorite car we've had! Great looking, fun to drive, big enough cargo area for hockey goaltender gear. All the bells and whistles and smooth, quiet and precise driving experience with plenty of get up and go. And great gas mileage!

Good car

Bought the car new, and bought it rather quickly to avoid the tariffs that were coming (which didn’t). I wish I had taken more time and asked more questions. Definitely wished I had negotiated more. I believe I overpaid for the vehicle. It is quiet when I drive and I appreciate not hearing all of the road noise. Some of the “safety” features are more distracting than providing safety. Using all of the gadgets does not negate the need to look over your shoulder before switching lanes or backing up.

Shop Queen - I Wouldn’t Have Purchased If I’d Known

Nice platform but the complex amenities are buggy and problematic…. With just over 2,000 miles on the odometer the vehicle has logged spurious DTC’s implicating the O2 Sensor at bank 1. The onboard Vehicle Diagnostics feature has failed, indicating that it could not receive data. And now the Drivers Instrument Panel as well as the Heads Up Display fail and go blank for variable lengths of time with increasing frequency and duration. This means no speedometer, no tachometer, no engine management or warning lights, no blind spot monitoring, and loss of other ADAS functionality including smart cruise control etcetera. While I love the styling, comfort, and economy of the Hybrid Tucson Ltd. Platform, for these things to go wrong in so short a time is for me unforgivable.
