Excellent build quality and driveability

The car has excellent build quality, it has lived up to it's advertised miles per gallon rating currently getting just over 34 mpg. Which I think is great for a brand new car that isn't broke in yet with less than 1300 miles on it. I am very pleased with the interior and the display. Ease of customization of the infotainment system. I look forward to many years of driving experience in this car.

Excellent vehicle, smooth ride, but has a couple of ticks

We truly like our new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited for it's comfort level, ride quality, and roominess (we are in our late 70s). But there is one recurring issue with the electronics; various parts of the electronic dash turn off and back on while driving. This does not affect the operation of the vehicle, just the ability to be able to see all the display items.

Defective dashboard display and heads up display

Dashboard display and heads up display keeps going off and on. The dealer replaced the unit and it still keeps turning off an on. Sometimes the HUD will come back on but it's position has to be completely readujsted so I can see it.

Great Vehicle

I love everything about my 2025 Tucson Hybrid. It handles great, looks great, and gets good mileage. The dislikes are that my collision sensors never work in the morning; they show on my dash as not working for about 30-45 minutes if it’s cold or damp.(?) Also, the mileage is rarely better than 33.6 mpg; not bad, but not as advertised either (35-38mpg). Lastly, my Apple play frequently disconnects for no reason, even when I leave my phone in the car when I run in somewhere.(?) The dealership said to let them know when it happens again (they’ve only witnessed the event once on my last service), but for a vehicle with under 5k miles, I shouldn’t be having any problems in my opinion. I love the Hyundai brand, and my Tucson, the aesthetics, panoramic sunroof, and features are wonderful; this is simply as comprehensive a review as possible.

Tuscon safety issues

The Tuscon hybrid feels like a luxury car to drive. It’s very quiet and adequately powered. My mileage avg. over 4 months driving is 36 mpg. However, the 2025 Tuscon has what I feel are some SERIOUS safety problems listed below. I am not recommending any 2025 Tuscon to anyone until these problems are fixed! Throttle limit. Ex 1.Several times while stopped at traffic lights on hiway speed, multi lane county roads, while resting my hands on the middle of the steering wheel, the cruise button was unknowingly pressed. The light turned green, rear traffic was coming up at 50mph on both sides but my throttle was unresponsive being Hyundai programmed to 20 mph max when cruise is pressed while stopped There is no way to disable this feature on the 2025 Tuscon. Ex. 2 The drive mode button is very easily bumped and sets the car to “snow” mode and limits throttle response. Driver diversion Ex. 3 Every time I drive this car, with or without sunglasses, I get an audible, flashing alarm saying “consider taking a break.” multiple times is a row, sometimes just minutes apart. There is no way to disable this alarm on the 2025 model Tuscon. On one occasion, the display alarm took my eyes off the road long just enough to miss seeing a junk water heater roll off a truck in front of me. Extreme evasive action was required to miss hitting it. There is no way to disable this alarm on the 2025 model Tuscon

Good car to drive

I absolutely love this car for its spacious interior, cutting-edge technology, and impressive fuel efficiency—I've been averaging 43 MPG in my daily drives. That said, there are a few areas ripe for improvement. For instance, I've experienced occasional jerky or frustrating acceleration during driving, though I'm not entirely sure of the cause; it could stem from the turbo engine, transmission, or hybrid system.

All good but recalls!!

Love the ride, pickup and overall performance. However, the first3 months it was in the shop for a month as wiring harness and control box issues had me postponing trips.

Best vehicle I have ever owned!

I absolutely love the style and features of my Tucson and am so glad that I made the decision to purchase it! I hadn't purchased a new vehicle since late 2011 so this was a big step! This will most likely be the last car I ever buy!

Excellent accept door corner too sharp

The corners on the tow front doors are a sharp as a knife, I have cut my legs several times on thar corner and have bruises also. It has no built in garage opener button

GOOD BUT NOT PERFECT

Handling is excellent for this segment. Fit is good and mechanicals seem reliable. Where the Tucson can improve is with the paint quality (there is orange peel), convenience, and interior climate function. There is no overhead or other dark glasses holder. The sun visors have a sharp edge where the vinyl is joined. The vent difusers are not fully adjustable with the result that it is difficult to achieve proper cooling and heating.
