Horrible DAW System

Driver assistance warning system is horrible and there is no way to turn off the take a break warning. This warning is more of a distraction especially if you are wearing sunglasses.

Love-Hate relationship

There is a lot to love about the 2025 Hyundai Tucson. Great gas mileage & great ride, stylish, great warranty. There sre also a couple of very annoying features i.e. when you put the car in neutral it may not be in neutral. Plus, the frequent dinging and hints to pay attention or stop and rest are downright infuriating. Sometimes it will even start to shut down if it can’t see your face well enough.

Too Techy?

I only had my 2025 Tucson when Display Panel showing Speed, Gas level etc went blank. Took to Auto Nation where I bought and had to leave it due to part back ordered,,, Been over 3 weeks no update on when it will be done. Was given a nice loaner and told if I didn’t bring back with same amt of gas I’ll be charged $65 a gallon? All for something not my fault?

Lots of tech

Bought new to replace my old vehicle. Lots of new tech which added convenience. The cooled seats a must have for me and work good. Wish the HUD worked with my polarized sunglasses.

Great car

I love my Tuscan Limited. My favorite aspects are: gray color, ground clearance, body spray de styling, and gadgets! What could be better in future versions: better stereo sound, remove the weird finger print thing, redo design on center console.

Tucson Hybrid

I like the Tucson....our second. Some changes were made that are a little disappointing. 1. rear signal lights are way to low....hard for car behind you to see a turn signal. 2. GPS is difficult to manage. Previous vehicle (2018 Tucson) was much easier. 3. Lights on control panel for heated seats,cooling seats, airflow are extremely hard to see. Again previous model had much better visability.

Vehicle in the shop again

We do like driving our Tucson, when it's not in the shop. It's four months old and in the shop for the third time with the same problem. Unfortunate for us, Hyundai does not have the part we need. Dealer offered a rental or a loaner (they were out of loaners).

2025 Tucson Hybrid, the good and the bad

The 2025 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid is mostly a wonderful vehicle. It is fuel efficient and has some great safety features. It is also very comfortable. There are great attributes and some features that could use a different approach to design. The windshield is low and slanted at an angle that makes traffic signals hard to see until a closer approach. Perhaps this may be corrected by repositioning the seat. I am not a fan of the gear shifter in the steering column. No one explained how to use it, and I actually had to find a YouTube video to explain its use. Also, it is my opinion that over time, with repeated use at different manual manipulations, that it may fail from wear. No one explained the paddles and their role in fuel economy. Same goes for the hybrid monitor itself. The cockpit is impressive but like a cell phone is a distraction. This is not unique to Hyundai as all vehicles are becoming more interactive which takes attention off the road. ADAS is up there with the best. The vehicle does not come equipped with a spare or jack, unlike American made vehicles. My last vehicle was a Hyundai Kona, and I had to use the spare kit once. It was a mess and fortunately did not ruin the tire. My service experience with my Hyundai dealer was really bad, as the problem was never fixed, and that is the major reason I traded up to the Tuscon. Hopefully, I will not experience a major transmission problem again that was never fixed after 9 weeks in the shop, with little to no communication. I honestly took a leap of faith in buying another Hyundai and so far, so good. Time will tell...
