Very good vehicle, EXCEPT.....

Be sure the dealer explains the "must drive at least every 10 days" requirement or you might find yourself stranded with a dead battery in a dark parking lot fumbling with the emergency entry key & dead battery power start. The forward collision avoidance feature acts suddenly with immediate hard braking; when the threat no longer exists the engine resumes with jolting full power & acceleration to the previously selected speed. We no longer use it as it is a danger to trailing vehicles. The exterior door & trunk lock sensors often do not work & the key fob must be used.

All Around Excellent Vehicle

The hybrid model provides the extra pep needed when on the highway. It's zippy, handles great, and has all the latest modern amenities that every vehicle should have. I love the extended one piece instrument and infotainment cluster with real physical buttons for climate control. I happen to live in a hilly section of I-95 so driving too and from work, I do not get the gas milage savings I expected. In the winter, I'm averaging 26 mpg with remote climate control usage in the mid-Atlantic coastal region. In the summer, the MPG is more often around 30, but on longer trips with more flat stretches I have reached 36 mpg. I really hoped for better, but I also can be an assertive driver which I'm certain impacts my over all results. My number 1 fix I would make so far would be to raise the air vents up higher. I love the cold ac blowing on my face in the summer months and due to them being under the screens, it is hard to achieve that satisfaction of blasting cold air on your face. The panoramic sunroof is wonderful and the automated seating allows for great views on the days that really call for it. That's when I lower the seat to recline back with the comfort of the lane assistance and safety features allow me to steal a few glances at a gorgeous blue sky with white fluffy clouds. The glass doesn't open as much as I had hoped but I can understand why the mechanics doesn't allow for what I expected. Purchased in late 2024, and although I feel every vehicle is currently overpriced, the cost of the top of the line model compared to the lack of hybrid savings in real daily mpg does diminish the overall value satisfaction.

Room and Comfortable with lots of tech

Roomy, comfortable with lots of tech. My only issues are the annoying 'take a break' reminder when it thinks that you are not paying attention and driver assist whenever turning on cruise control on the freeway. The seats are great with a very comfortable ride especially when driving long distances.

I love this car!

This is our first Hyundai and we love it. We have always owned either Audis or Subarus but we needed to replace our Forester and wanted to go with a hybrid. Subaru had not yet introduced the hybrid SUV options they have now. We looked at Hyundai primarily because we had driven our daughter's Ioniq and loved the way it handled as well as its features -- while the Tucson is not QUITE as feature-rich, it comes pretty close. And we LOVE how it handles on the road.

We have had recurring problems with the display on our car. Bentley service department has tried unsuccessfully 5 times to fix it. Since we have had the car, we have not been able to use it for weeks.

Clean

Vehicle is good but the servicing at the dealer is a pain. I never had frustrating issues when I had my Honda before. It would be great if a customer like me can at least get a descent customer service when servicing the new vehicle. Dealer even hesitate to prove a shuttle service. That’s ridiculous.
