Vehicle purchased in April 2026 and driven 2,500 miles. So far, meets all expectations for performance including camera visibility, handling and listed features. Longest destination so far has been 60 miles. Planning on extended road trip in August.

Nice, but boring

Nice, smooth-driving, 37mpg with my mpg-friendly style of driving, good acceleration. Its styling was among the best of current SUVs, but I'm not a car enthusiast; even so, it's a bit boring to drive.

Love my Tucson!

About 15 years ago I had a Santa Fe, which I kept until it had 100,000 miles. Other than maintenance (oil changes, tires) The only thing it ever needed was new brake shortly before I traded it in for a CRV. My husband wanted the newer safety features. At the time the new Santa Fes looked plastic-y inside. COVID hit, the CRV proved to be an electrical issue nightmare and I hated it. Kept it for five years and traded it in for my wonderful Tucson! It feels to me like the same interior size as the Santa Fe which I had always really liked. We have a great dealer in NH - Irwin Motors - and couldn't be happier! The Tucson Hybrid gets between 38-41 mph and is worry free.

Great value for the money

The Tucson Hybrid has been a great choice. The performance is terrific. The style and space of the vehicle is wonderful. The safety features are excellent. Some of the technology is excessive — which has been involved in the two recalls in the three months that I have owned the Tucson. But, overall, this is a great value for the money.

I So enjoy my Tucson Hybrid

I find the ride extremely comfortable and the safety features are great and abundant. The car is roomy and even the back seat is great to sit in. Mileage is super and I would recommend this car. It is a pleasure to drive!

Would be great if someone can help

Got the vehicle with 28 miles on it. Obviously it’s brand new and most likely not tested on the road. Found gear shifting jerks. Brought it in and was told they could not find anything wrong. Now I have to go do a test drive at the dealership in order for the to experience the problem.

Uhhh.

I feel with all the recalls these vehicles have and pass issues they need to be discontinued. The fact that they are on the more affordable end is a higher perk but it’s does knock the fact that months after buying having a recall.

2026 Tucson Hybrid Ltd

We really like the vehicle. It is very quiet on the highway and has comfortable seating. Most of the electronics are great visually and comfort wise. A few things could have been better thought out. Too many electronics to figure out and, perhaps, breakdown? Two recalls after two weeks owning the vehicle for electronic programming flaws. Several of the buttons are too close to other buttons such that its easy to turn on seat and steering wheel heaters on. It has an annoying thing that asks you to "take a break or take a rest, etc. Can't shut if off. It has adequate space for storage and passengers, which we like. The body style is super and so is the color.

NOT A LEXUS, BUT PRETTY CLOSE

I took delivery of the car on May 9, 2026. Overall, I've been very satisfied with it. The gas mileage is good, but as other vehicle reviews indicated, nt as good as some other hybrids. It is quite comfortable. I bought it to replace a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe that was totaled. The '26 Tucson is noticeably larger and roomier than earlier Tucsons which I have difficulty getting in and out of and which are not comfortable for me to drive. The '26 is east for me to get in and out of, the ride is fairly comfortable. The the vehicle transitions seamlessly between gas drive and electric drive. The instrument cluster provides clear indication when the vehicle goes to electric mode, permitting the driver to adjust their driving habits to maximize efficiency. I have two complaints about the exterior design. First, the turn signals are located at the bottom of the rear bumper and can be difficult to see from the car behind, especially from tailgating vehicles. The brake lights are not very prominent either. I may have reconsidered the car if I had been more attentive. Second, there is no ability to fod the outside mirrors remotely, even on the Limited trim, which is Hyundai's highest trim. I discovered that feature was available on Tucsons sold in Europe. The overall styling of the car is great, the lines are sleek and modern looking.
