High drive assist and cruise control have made so many mistakes. It locks on wrong vehicle when they merge, doesn’t stop with proper distance, there is lag of coasting when you going 65 and traffic front is 35, takes too long to slow down. Occasionally locks to lane splitting motorbikes

Issues with my new Tucson

1. The driver's air vent is stuck behind the steering wheel. The pattern of the center rungs in the middle of the steering wheel block the air. 2. You only have one-way with the lower lumbar support. Only in and out. My 2019 Sonata Limited had in & out and up & down. You could move the lumbar support up or down where you needed it. 3. You don't have adaptive headlights that turn into the curve for better visibility. My 2019 Sonata Limited did. 4. Too much "touch screens" options. Need more buttons and knobs. Easier for use and function. 5. Heated seats aren't that "hot" even on the highest settings. My 2019 Sonata Limited was hotter. I am sure there are more things but I can't think of them at the moment.

Not ideal

I purchased a limited Tucson hybrid and with less than 10000 miles, I've thought about getting something different. I hate where the paddle shifter is located. It prevents me from being able to wrap my hand around the connecting bar. I had more hand placement options with my previous Tucson. The vent sliders in the front of my car have all disintegrated. I took it to the dealership, they entered a warranty claim. That was 6 weeks ago, with no update on when it can be repaired. The headrest is very uncomfortable and I wish the lumber support could move up and down. This Tuscan does not turn corners as tightly and takes more space to stop.
