Happy but disappointed

I purchased the vehicle a couple of months ago. Overall, I like the vehicle, but there are issues to be resolved. Most of these issues could have been eliminated if the buying process hadn't been so rushed; especially the process of learning how to operate the vehicle and understanding the features available.

Too many unnecessary features

The vehicle is comfortable. The gas pedal and breaks are very touchy and the car doesn’t have a smooth feel to the operation. The safety features are extremely annoying and not all that helpful.

TUCSON

AC doesn't work properly Safety features are terrible especially the front brake assist, brakes totally lock up and pets and people are thrown about without warning. The back truck shell is cheap and hollow. I backed up and hit the corner of someone's taillight. The Tuscon has a huge dent and the other cars taillight didn't even break. I want my jeep back, do not like.

They didn't check the tire pressure

Last Saturday, August 16th, I took the car in for its first service, and I told the man who helped me to check the tires because they all had between 28 and 30 pounds of pressure. He told me not to worry, that they would do it. But they didn't. I also asked him why the coolant was below the minimum line, and he simply told me, "That's normal." I think they should provide better customer service and give us a better explanation.

I am enjoying this vehicle. It’s very comfortable and the display and controls are beautiful and work well. The back seats are roomy with lots of storage behind them. This is my first Hyundai and I am impressed!
