Almost 5 stars

I love 95% of the features of my Tucson. My biggest complaint is that it hesitates every once in a while and it always does it when I need it to go NOW! Other than that it drives great. Inside, the cup holders in the back are too small for a 20 oz tumbler and the cup holders in the front doors lean to the side, made only for water bottles. I know it is a sport model but that is ridiculous! Also the headrest makes my head lean forward a bit. It works fine for my husband but I’m 5’6 and it’s very uncomfortable when I am a passenger and trying to nap. I know it sounds like I’m complaining about a lot but it is mostly small stuff except for the hesitating. I really do love the car. They just need to make little tweaks.

My 2 cars before the Tucson were Santa Fe. The 3rd one was a Santa Fe as well but a month after I bought it I went back and traded it for a Tucson

Delivers per expectations

I purchased a used Tucson having ~38K miles. This was my first Hyundai and first used vehicle ever purchased. I was nervous about the mechanical condition and also bummed to miss out on tech features that I was so used to with my previous Tesla. To my surprise, the car was in great condition mechanically and the Bluelink app helped me get all the tech features I wanted! Loving this car and would highly recommend it to everyone!
