Juan and the whole team are just a wonderful group of people. Always kind, patient, knowledgeable and overall just make both routine checkups and emergencies almost "enjoyable" (I've been many times for service on both my vehicles but yesterday I blew a tire and so that was an unexpected yucky emergency) . I would recommend Arlington AutoCare to family and friends!

I've been coming to Arlington Auto Care for several year - they're always reliable and very upfront about costs for repairs and the like.

Colleen said the person behind the front desk was not too patient with her. It was a little bit of a wait, but it was Sunday and it was okay.

I have been a customer here since before they were Arlington Auto Care. Today, I came in for a VA State Inspection, but they needed to jump my battery to re-start it. Note- I had to jump my battery just to get here. Luckily, they had a replacement battery in stock and said they could complete the job in half an hour. Sure enough, the job was done in half an hour! Thanks for the great service!

I am honestly incredibly disappointed by the service I received. Everyone was professional but the work itself was underwhelming. The labor cost $650 and with parts the total was over $1,000 and the problem still persists. I requested only what was necessary to fix the issue when turning and the "repair" seemed like an expensive suggestion. The final receipt noted that the issue was still happening and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I'm still incredibly concerned about my car and now I have to take it somewhere else to be looked at. This place embodies some of the worst stereotypes about mechanics.

I beleive Chas, Christopher, and Ahmed were the friendly folks who took great care of our 2015 RAV4 yesterday, Saturday, September 28th, 2024. Whomever we failed to mention we appreciate all of you there. We feel our car is in tip top
shape to make the long drive to

Chad said they got their inspection done easily.

Ashraf said liked they were punctual, quick, prompt, and they called him the minute the vehicle was ready.

Nicolas said they got him in immediately, answered his questions and it was same day service.

tires: good quality and good price; got a discount on goodyears which was the primary incentive to bring my car here. dropped car at 0730 for the day with a scheduled appt. end of day pickup and inspection was still not done. so i needed to return the next day. i then saw on the paperwork that the tech entered wrong engine info into system and therefore put wrong oil into car. so the oil needed to be changed out on day two didnt get updated paperwork when i picked up the car. clear disorganization at the desk. nice staff but hard to recommend based on this visit.

Arlington Autocare is the best place to take your car! I started bringing my car here a few years ago after trying a few other mechanics in the area. Arlington Autocare is by far the best! They do wonderful work for a great price and the staff is friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond!

Philip stated that they were prompt, stuck to their schedule and did a good job. The quality of the work was good.

Karry said they caught some issues with the vehicle, her inspection was out of date and they got it fixed in time. Everybody who works there, she can tell they're having fun and they enjoy working there. This tells her that it's a good management there.

Ashley said she wished the service was faster, but no real complaints.

I recently moved to Arlington and have used Arlington AutoCare 3x. Each time I walked in without an appointment, but had a problem (ex: trunk would not close, seatbelt not working…..). The front staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Every time I’ve brought my car in I get it back the same day. AAA approved. Thanks Kristoff for your assistance earlier this week.
